I'm in tears. He didn't even disclose his own battle, didn't take away from those children he talked about and admired. What a hero he is.

The fact that he talked about two kids who had cancer and never did mention his own battle was extremely admirable and brave.

Yo. He was dealing with his own cancer battle during this interview. A true, humble king. Rest in Power.

The fact that he’s talking about other kids with cancer without talking about his own battle with the disease was very emotional. What a brave person he was!

When I first heard the news of his passing I punched my desk and shouted "Not him man!!" I was so angry and annoyed because he wasn't Hollywood, he was talented, humble, private, kind, caring and wise beyond his years, he had the brightest future ahead of him, he was one man that deserved all the blessings coming his way and for his life to be cut short by such an awful disease just broke me... Today I cried for him, it's been a long time too since I cried for anyone or anything....but this hurt man, we lost a good one 😞

Chadwick Boseman was not just an actor. He was a hero who fought through the devastation of cancer to produce a flawless performance. However the beauty of this man's story is that it wasnt just a performance. He fought for a cause greater than his own. "Yibambe" means "Hold Strong" in Xhosa and the Black Panther did just that. He suffered in silence so that through him others could one day be heard. In my opinion, that is his greatest feat. Thank you Sir. Your legacy will not be forgotten. CHAD FOREVER!

This made me cry. When be talked about talking to the cancer patients while he was making the movie. . . And he had cancer. This man had fulfillment and purpose that many healthy people lack. Men walking dead at the age 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80. This man chooses to dedicate sharing happiness with others. He is a true hero. His character is better than the fictional movie. A true man of leadership and courage. A role model all men should also aspire too.

Back here after Wakanda Forever. It was not only a great film about grief and how it manifests and changes us, but a beautiful and moving tribute to Chadwick and his legacy. King, I hope you're resting well with Ian and Taylor. You will never be forgotten as our king of Wakanda.

I was battling cancer and treatments around when Civil War was released. Those beautiful bald body guards gave me joy. "Move or you will be moved." My bald head was free from scarves and hats after that movie. There was nothing that I felt needed to be covered any longer. I too remember hoping I'd make it to see the Black Panther movie. It seemed rather ridiculous for a near 40 year old woman to want to hang in there long enough to see a silly movie. Sure I wanted a lot more, but I'm grateful for what I got. Chadwick Boseman was a wonderful T'Challa. He was perfect as Blank Panther. RIP Wakanda forever

This interview should have opened the movie. Yes, it would have been an unconventional way to start out the movie by blurring the lines between the real life man and the fictional character but I think would have been a great way to show the SPIRIT of the real life man that made us ALL fall in love with the fictional character he portrayed..... 🙏🏾🙏🏾

This is what the actors and directors who are saying that these are not interesting movies to make don't understand. Sure, it may be shallow compared to films with complex stories. But it's about the characters. No matter how good or bad the movie is, kids are looking up to these "heroes." Kids with terminal illnesses are given another reason to stay strong. So for all the people saying these are "CGI fests" or that it doesn't require talent, well, there are kids out there just basking on the spectacle of seeing comic book characters on screen. That's priceless.

To give us the performance in Black Panther that he did..to push himself the way he did..doing movies, tv shows, signings, comic con, guest appearances..all kinds of work...all while seriously ill and never made it known. Honoring those 2 kids and not mentioning his own struggle so as to not take the spotlight away from them.. Selfless, dedicated and humble...THAT is a superhero..
