Probably the best Fighter/Fan exchange ever. It was fun, funny, kind, wholesome, a little embarrassing but all smiles. Chael saying "You damn right!" was the best way to end that!
@@fatjamescorden1597 True,I could of swore I did write an. My android phone always changes my words. No way I would of messed that up. Anyway thanks for the correction.
I would be shocked if dude didn’t get hooked up after that, Chael is obviously an awesome dude, and for somebody to hit everything perfect like that in front of everyone for no reason other than a fan?? Would be disappointed if he didn’t get something out of that, even if he doesn’t technically deserve anything
Not the biggest fan of Chael but I have to give him credit. He finished Shogun the former LHW champ, he beat bisping the MW champ and almost beat Anderson Silva in their first title fight
Humble? Nah, he wasn't even close to humble. He was soaking it up, because for once he didn't have to say anything other than "you're damn right!" That's not being humble at all
@@squaddizzle85 and yeah Charleston is legit the funniest ufc fighter I've ever watched. Colby and Conor get close but chael has always just been impossible to trash talk to. He has a comeback overtime. Undefeated undisputed.
Whoever that was on the mic is the fucking man dude he had me in tears. Absolutely nailed it in front of a ton of people. “Woman’s pet, every man’s regret” 😂😂
She’s actually a trash ass fighter and that’s why she’s in the WWE after Misha Tate fucked her up cuz Rhonda has literally no striking game and can only do an armbar.
For a guy with so much composure in pressers, to see chaels genuine smile and enjoyment of that moment, him actually breaking and laughing, this was super feely!
For someone like Chael who’s mastered the art and science of shit talking fight promotion by pretending to be an overtly narcissistic undefeated champion, you gotta know he got a little bit giddy when a very eloquent fan became a spokesperson for his pretend alter ego. Grade A entertainment. Thank you Chael Sonnen.
i still remember when he first came on the scene .. got his arm broke by filho and was talking all kinds of shit after .. it was confusing .. he wasn’t polished at all back then just rambling gibberish .. crazy to see how far he went
@@dayra6425 Me too. Back in the WEC days that Paulo Fhilo fiasco really pissed me off with him coming in overweight for the championship belt. Chael should’ve been champion that fight and got the gold around his waist, Paulo Philo came in over knowing this, and that motivated Chael and clearly launched him into his alter ego.
@@chaseland8283 yeah, i was so confused that all u had to do was be over weight and u kept ur belt .. i miss wec Sunday fights some of the best rivalry’s and fights of all time ..
@@dayra6425 Yep. Totally. The WEC was the proving ground for many up and coming fighters. Especially the lighter weight fighters who kicked all kinds of ass. The Urijah and Dominique rivalry. That was epic.
@@chaseland8283 cowboy vs varner ... henderson vs pettis.. faber, aldo, mike brown, conduit, demetrius johnson, miguel torres, brain bowles , cub swanson .. damn those were he best times to be an mma fan .. pride fc, ufc, strike force.. now it’s just ufc and sometimes bellator
Every part of the world Buddy.....if u beat me for 20 min and in the end if i murder you or you beg me not to murder you.......you or your deadbody won't be declared champion.....
I can't even imagine being complimented like this, I remember one time when my buddy complimented me for how long and fast I can run, he said I run like a paper because of how well I can run even tho I'm muscular.
Such an underrated fact! Most MMA fans don’t realize there likely wouldn’t be a Conor McGregor if Chael didn’t lay down the blueprint of the most important part of MMA, skill on the mic is #1, skill in the cage is #2 if you wanna be a superstar. Don’t get me wrong I’m a martial arts practitioner and I appreciate a good martial artist as much as anyone but if you wanna be a *superstar* AND a pro fighter, you can’t just be good at fighting you have to be an entertainer.
Biggest fan: "When you're one of the greatest fighters in the world, they dont call you a great fighter.." Uncle Chael: " What do they call ya?" Biggest fan: "Chael Sonnen" 🔥🔥🔥
I don’t think it is the same guy, but anyway that guy was a big desperate wanting to get into Conors inner media circle. I believe later he got more exclusive interviews with Conor as well.
Having fans like this must be an unbelievable feeling. After a while I imagine like everything else it starts to fade and your either left with humbleness from it or the ego trip
