@@jimmythe-gent He’s not washed and you can still bring 2016 Connor back now that doesn’t change the fact he loses to the top 10 Connor stand up didn’t deplete he just tweaked it and changed a little bit I like his heavy boxing stance now the problem is it’s his grappling over the years it’s gone weaker and over the years lightweight fighters have gotten more well-rounded it doesn’t matter 2016 Connor was here now he just couldn’t compete with these guys he still has all the skills in the standup to beat anyone on the feet it’s just the lack of a full MMA game at this point…

Conor should ditch Kav and employ Henry (and others) as coach. Henry has a history of going to the best coaches needed to improve him, he'd be a great consultant there too. The trouble with being a self-made man is you grow up with no experience of dealing with yes men/ass kissers. Conor's kids will be more immune.

Henry is a mediocre striker, fantastic wrestler. but I always see him trying to give advice to people who are leagues above him in the striking department. "Henrys a master of distance" How? Most fights hes fought at distance hes been pieced up and had to use his wrestling/tight boxing. Explain to me how hes a "Master" of distance control or show me an example. I struggle to find many
