It’s so weird seeing Connor actually read modern day media comments about him and the ufc currently. Makes it feel likes he’s actually back in the game again and not some mythical legend at this point.
its that easy to get the MMA community back on his side, they jump on and off the train constantly, if he beats Chandler everyone will love him and call him a legend, if he loses he's a coked out loser out of touch rich guy
@@Ar1AnX1x right now everyone is cautious but (I say this as a Conor fan) if he KOs Chandler in ten seconds, they’re gonna say he beats Islam The fans are so fickle
@@rajkhan9643 You can't fight the champion if you're on a losing streak. If he beats Chandler and/or max and Dustin loses to Islam, then they'll for sure fight each other
@@rajkhan9643 He lost to Khabib and Dustin, very elite-level guys. MMA math is stupid, and there are countless examples of this being the case. You wouldn't bet your boll*ck on it or a significant amount relative to your net worth - that I know. It's all talk. Talk is cheap, brother. Enough.
@@rajkhan9643 He lost to Khabib and Dustin, who are very elite-level guys. You wouldn't bet a significant amount relative to your net worth... that I know. Put your money where your mouth is or it's all talk, man. I am sick of talk
Conor reached the pinnacle of the sport, made all the money and still is obsessed with mma. He knows more about other fighters and ufc news than most fighters on the roster that aren’t apart of broadcast.
Well, there's no denying that he was the most financially successful fighter in the UFC ever. Aside from that? Nothing really impressive at all. Loses pretty often, never defended a title and proved incapable of doing so. Pretty nasty person and constant criminal charged for really horrible things. Just an arrogant guy who proved unstable.
@@Gallowglass7dudes probably so busy you know there’s so many other things he has to do and wants to do And now training for a fight 😂 only so many hours in a day
@@23373 No but rather, he's got a very dark humour. I'm sure you have no idea as you seem 15 but some people have this type of humour including me, talking shit about someone in a friendly manner is OK. The only person i truly hear him pour hate on is Khabib lol, everything else is his personality and character.
@@mrshab Playlist called "Halal" with some Shaolin, kettlebell, and some other random bs. To put it simply, you're just a rat who came here riding Khabib. The diabolical thing he Khabib wasn't even mentioned in this section negatively. And this comes from a fellow Muslim by the way. Sometimes i get disgusted how some of you can pull up w this type of behaviour on the net and in the same breath rock a "Halal" playlist you little smeared out after-fire ash.
Sean O'Malley was genuinely hurt by Conor's comments. He was right to call out the drug cheating, but I am glad he showed some respect toward him here. Sean is a good kid overall.
@@THISISLolesh I don't respect cheating in competition, that's for sure. Other than that, he's a great fighter and a friendly kid. I wouldn't call him a weirdo... although he's severely naive... most of those younger generations are in mass. It is what it is. God help us all
@@Arkus123 I'm talking about the fighters who respond to him, he just laughs at them and ignores them It's why he was such a good trash talker, he didn't care
Like when he said viva la Brasilia and RDJ responded that's spanish, we speak Portuguese in Brazil idiot, Conor chokes for a second then says "well I'm a multicultural individual!!" Yeah he went a different shade of red than he has been lately, in Irish terms his " patter" (banter) is average, thats why an old Irish man was able to trigger him so much that he punched him
Makes sense he'd come back with a boxing heavy approach after spending all that time working on shaping up his boxing. The third Poirier was a lot more karate Conor than the 2nd
Not really that Conor’s style doesn’t translate the best for boxing But that being said there’s a lot to take away from him He still has skill cardio wasn’t there but if it was it would be trouble for people It’s still impressive Ima boxer btw Some of Conor’s shots do little damage but drain you stamina more but others work like wonder idk what to say other then that
@@Gallowglass7 I understand that but it's still strange for him to knock someone for having the same mindset he did . For years I've listened to him talk about manifesting his success from his girlfriends cheap car .
Not being necessarily a Conor fan, I'm delighted by this stream! To be honest, I can't recall hearing anything even close that direct, sincere and meaningful from any fighter in any combat sports ever. And I don't see it as a rant, to be honest, just a "real talk", as they say
@@porkerpete7722 I respect the haters, but OP suggesting he's indifferent to Conor is wrong imo. I'm definitely a Dustin Poirier fan yet I'm more likely to click on a Conor rant than a Dustin one, as would most people. It's just more enjoyable content, we all love to see it
Guys think about what it's like being Conor fighter wise. You literally got everyone and their mama for the last 10 years calling him out, saying they can whoop him, everyone takes shots at him, if he wins he's suppose to, if he loses he sucks.. His only loses in UFC are to certified legends but people still trash him like he's some overrated bum. I'm sure all the years of call outs and comparisons starts to wear on him too, imagine some clown like O'malley on the MMA news every day comparing himself to you, it'll get old quick.

Topuria immediately started saying he would give Volk a rematch, fight Ortega and hilariously enough even Bryce Mitchell a shot at the title if Max didn't put the BMF title on the line. he's been kept from being as active as he wanted to be and he's admitted he's obsessed with the sport. ofc he knows what's up lol, just cuz he isn't being given fights doesn't mean he stopped loving the sport.
@@brandunk924 people think Conor does not want to fight but I remember seeing an interview where he got emotional talking about how Dana and the UFC are stealing his prime years by holding out and trying to make him fight big names for big money fights. Conor for the first time admitted he can't not fight for years and come back to fight killers, he wanted a few tune ups but Dana wants to milk him for the money he brings in
@@hamsrealliterally nobody thinks he deserves it, dude is 1-2 in his last 3 with those 2 losses being knocked out and beat up across 5 rounds. He's getting another title shot because of his name not because of his fights or resume
he did it OUT of competition to heal his leg which every doctor would recommend cause without HGH it would never heal fully again. Every Dagestani ever was on PEDS in competition
''Fight everyone and everyone at any given moment. That's what I done.'' Title defense = 0. All these things he said can only fool the casuals. Every non casual knows he held up the featherweight division while chasing an instant title shot at lightweight and then he held up the lightweight division while he was chasing that Floyd Mayweather fight.
He has PTSD from Khabib cause he talked so much shit during the buildup to the fight only to get absolutely humiliated during the fight and he knows he's gonna get clowned for it till the day he dies.

tbh I didn't even think about that shit before, but now that he mentions it, it does make sense. Khabib is in some shit with his taxes, and anybody who knows fighting knows that there's NOTHING that draws a fighter out of retirement like money troubles. They have no other answer for a money problem other than fighting again. If he doesn't pay up, it'll come back on his mom and plenty of others around him, and we know he won't let that happen.
