@@reecedeyoung6595 The implication being... they're not precise? I'm no fan of their music, but the choreography of their dance moves requires timing, precision, and skill. I see no reason why they'd not be able to adapt this tech to their performances.

@@soulofash2112 Sorry that wasn't very clear. What I meant is that to use these musically you need to make very specific movements. Movements that look good as a dance move aren't guaranteed to sound good thru these gloves and vise versa. Then you have to take into account the skill curve of learning a tool like this, as someone who's worked with effects and effects controllers, each one is like learning an instrument. Plus there is the technical limitations of the device. This thing is essentially a prototype. It's likely very clumsy and temperamental. In order to get good results out of something like this you'd have to commit yourself to it pretty seriously. Plus, since it's a brand new instrument, you can't study past artists technique. You have to make it up as you go. I think most artists would find it hard to justify the time investment, when the results aren't guaranteed. It takes a personal passion. However if you wanna see an example of people who have made interesting use of similar technology you should check out pinn panelle old videos.

latency actually used to be a big problem with these; they've produced a publicly available version which uses a wifi transmitter and latency is not perceptible.

For vocal processing she uses the voice live touch 2 I think. She mentions it in a video on her own channel.

I think it's because this instrument does not add up to the "liveness" on the stage, in case that is a singer using it. Could be cooler on a composer/producer/conductor
