Senator, thanks for helping steer the country through dark times. You are brilliant, honest, focused, sober, passionate and kind. There are so few like you left, man, and we are more thankful to you than you know.
Thank you, Senator Whitehouse. The rich don't understand how much the working class needs these programs. We labor our bodies, and they wear out earlier than non labor jobs, and we can't afford high-quality foods and have poor health services during our lives.
Imagine if all senators were as diligent as Mr. Whitehouse! Is there a single senator on the other side who is doing a decent job? No? I pretend to be surprised.
Thank you for your work on this and your strong voice, I don’t say this about many elected politicians…. But you do speak for me, I know you have our country’s best interests at heart and have worked tirelessly to bring about change. What ever happened to the, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you"?? All the rich folks who see families struggling, would rather pay politicians $$ to pass laws to protect themselves from taxes, instead of creating systems that offer remedies for economic disparity.
