Whitehouse analyzes Chinese money laundering organizations’ techniques and their effects on the synthetic opioids supply chain, and examines actions the federal government can take to better combat these dangerous organizations.

Not sure what you are yelling about. Pfizer does produce it, doctors prescribe it for serious pain management. Terminal cancer patients need it when morphine no longer works. It's a no-win situation when chronic, severe pain is involved and self termination is not an option.
