Amazing this is a daily practice for me, I am unfolding my voice for singing and this works amazingly in combining breath with note release and releasing energetic & emotional blocks that may be stalling my progress, thank you so much for this it is my favourite part of the day 😌🙏🏼
Still my favourite mantra meditation! Today I got crazy energy swirls in my body, like it was going in circular motion from the root up. Starting in my left glute to the right glute, then up through the right side of my body and back around. I was conscious of the pulse and wave of this energy. Also got revitalising energy shooting down my spine from my crown. Always feel great after this but today was something special. Also read that it is Amavasya today, so perhaps that is a cause for the heightened sensitivity and emotion felt during this. 🧘🕉️ Thanks ✌️

I love chanting and feeling the vibrations. I now understand more the locations. I did not know that the root was in the spine. I can imagine more the flower. Thx❤😊❤.
Wanted to thank you for the wonderful teachings that you bring. They are do subtle and gentle. Had a question for you. For someone who has never worked on their chakras, is there a recommended amount of times a week to do this balancing? Thanks again
I'm so glad you're enjoying this, Dora! Some people do a bija mantra practice like this every day, and others do it more occasionally when it feels needed. It's really up to the individual. If you're not sure, you can try it once a day, and see what the effects are after a week or so. Let me know how it goes! 🌸

I tend to use Lammm because I like the vibrational effect of the humming part, and I feel it’s easier to direct that vibration inwardly toward the chakra. However, other people find Laaam to be more effective because the open-mouth vocalization can feel very powerful. Try both and see what you like best!
