Hi Samayita.. Thank you so much dear.. Regarding the shorshe.. have you tried blending the shorshe with some salt and green chili? This works for me.. I take mustard, a dash of salt and 1 or 2 green chilies and blend them together.. the mustard doesn't turn bitter.. Pls try this and let me know if turned out to be helpful..
