What a lovely comment. Even with the injury we stayed positive. Anyone can have a go at any sport with the right support and outlook. I'm going people will be inspired to get out and enjoy themselves

You did so so well Amy!!! To knock over an hour off your pb, and with the rib issue , incredible.....Well done. Great vlog Mark. Such a shame about today, but hopefully see you next weekend. Can't wait. It will be great to see you both, and everyone else too. You'd love Kasia's home city. That is an amazing place too.

Hello you, I missed you today. Can't wait to see you. Thank you, a trip to A&E afterwards said I've had fractures or damage to the cartilage, I'm left with no internal injuries but badly inflamed diaphragm and intercostal muscles. I know I've got a 5.45 in me for next time. Thank you for all your support and your epic friendship. You really are awesome Duncan

@@mots4179 I just am struggling to fathom how you managed with that damage. I do get it though, racing at such an event which you have been building up to for so long when injured that is. I look forward to seeing you next weekend. We then have to sort you bringing Mark up here. And we can arrange to go swim in one of the lakes as well as ride. When the weather settles that is and we haven't got pollution issues!

@@MarkFrostCycling Great to watch. As others have said, the revolving door thing was good.....When we got to our hotel in Mallorca I got the bike box jammed in one, so you are not alone....
