ABVP each year nominates Gurjars or Jaats alternatively and they create violent dramas. I got no answers from my comrades and they simply said we can't do anything coz they are physically and financially strong 🤷🏻♀️ NSUI started following the same tactics now. And we people are just playing victims 😔
I am in North Campus since 2013 as student and teacher. This is the worst election I've witnessed. There is no regulation, no rules being implemented. Whole campus gets choked due to Thar, Fortuner, Audis and Mercs of ABVP and NSUI (read goons or rental labours). Whole campus has been covered with printed flex, banners and posters. University admission and police, both are absent. No provision of Lyngdoh Committee is being followed.
Who give you the right to call students from haryana - goons.. just because they are not docile, timid like others doesnt make them goons?? Since when did being aggressive in canvassing and putting your point across become being called goons
And what's with the disgust with audis and mercs?? Why do you expect everyone to ride Bullock carts and rickshaws... owning an expensive car is a sign of prestige and if someone is proud in it what's the issue? Why is everything in Indian politics about rona dhona, cribbing, asking for freebies??
@@mrdowntilldayone I got this right because I'm citizen of India. I am from Haryana, so I know the reality. There are full fledged villages in Sonipat where youth has just one job, to become rental goons of any candidate.

Please read any report on electoral reforms, reducing money and muscle power is one of the top priorities. And in DU, this thing is increasing with every election. If you are so gentle to represent DU students , why don't you tell them about your agendas in civil way? Show me one poster in whole north campus where any candidate of ABVP or NSUI is telling about his/her agenda or promise?
