Imagine you go to an Office, you want to express yourself, you have the words on your mind but you do not know which words to put together, to form the correct sentence, so you say what you can, make mistakes while using gestures because that`s what not knowing the language has reduced you to! The way my Son corrects me and then tells me, “Mama, es ist ok, jeder macht Fehler!”🤣

That's right, a German once told me, it's because most of them are not sure if they can speak correctly. That's why they tell you they don't speak English at all.
