I don’t know what it is about the lighting in this gym, but that opening shot looks like y’all are on a blue screen stage with a gym added in post behind you… and then you start working on the floor and it’s clear it’s not a blue screen. It’s such a weird illusion.

That kind of pain their results in a full system reset think of it as unplugging for 15 seconds and plugging back in although it normally takes longer than 15. this guy is out of his League at least on the shushunova

I wonder if it might be better/safer for him to land hands first on the backflip & progress towards elbows. He's got a bit more height & mass than Gracie (esp upper body), & landing all of that only on the elbows seems to be a risk for elbow & shoulder injuries.
