Two of my favourite teams of gymnasts together! Lovely video. I always appreciate how supportive you all are of each other. And sheesh gymnasts are good with pain - some awful loud sounds when you hit things but you always smile through it!
I 100% support women trying sports that are upper body focused. As a man who has oak trees for legs but spaghetti for upper body, im always jealous of someone with the core and shoulders to control their body in a flipping situation. I'm almost 50 but even at my prime i had legs like a lineman but arms of a muppet. Also, if you ever want to try American Ninja Warrior, I'd buy your T-shirt. Be wild and fearless girl. My shoulders crunch getting out of bed so I'll support anyone pushing their own limits
