British doesn't mean English! 😂 Britain consists of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales. So being British you can be from any of those countries, but yeah The Open Championship isn't called the British open either 😭

It’s ok mate, it’s confusing, and based on about a 1000 years of history depending on how far back you want to go etc. you’d be surprised how many UK residents don’t know either, though to be fair they’d get closer than you did 😉. This is my home course and my son and I met Bryson on the range. What a great person as he signed a golf ball and chatted a minute. Just learned about his RU-vid channel which is awesome! I'm a scratch golfer and this course won't exactly overly challenge someone coming off 8th place at the Open at St. Andrews. However, the mini-verde greens themselves do provide some defense because of slope. Need to stay below pin to go extremely low. 3 under after 10 without playing the course seems about right. But the bombs on 2, 3, and 5 are crazy good. Need to speed train now.
