Another major issue never addressed by LTO are blinking brake and tail lights. Any illegal modification for headlight and taillights should have a hefty fine but I think 12 hours parking fee in a mall is more expensive.

suggest sana ma implement yung if mag argue na wala siya sa bus lane tapos pag may video evidence na sinungaling siya automatic 3rd offence agad para wala ng aangal at bigay lisensya na agad, sa mga tatakbo naman, the moment na kuha din sa video na nag attemp niyang sagasahan ung enforcer just to escape, automatic attempted murder agad ang parusa.
" Walang magagawa sir, ganun talaga..."
Genius level of intellect-999
Diba ganun nman tlga mga rider makasarili at feeling nla importante cla kesa iba kya gnun nlng cla mangwalanghiya ng ibng motorista kahit pedestrian hndi pnatatawad sa kalokohan nla.

@@glorifiedtoasterwithlegs2294 I could agree with that. There's literally NO excuse for using the lane. No explanation would be suitable for why...so sure, toss 'em in jail...

Why blur the car plate of the violator? I can see no other reason to do so as the plates issued by the government are intended to be displayed and be seen by the general public.

The sale of these blinkers should be restricted only to authorized vehicles. The HPG should raid those car accessories shops on Banawe Street and confiscate all those blinkers for sale.😊

That's what I wonder sometimes, if maybe those who are so intent on defending the busway violators - if maybe they're also misusing the bus lane. Because if you were using the correct lanes every day and then you see people misusing the bus lane, flying past you - I can't imagine why you'd want to defend them. I know that the MMDA and DOTr receive a LOT of complaints like that. But let's say that you really don't care, you can surely still understand the impact that it has on commuters, and the busway service. Especially because when you start turning a blind eye to violators, more and more will misuse the bus lane, which eventually will cause even bigger disruptions.
Not to defend these violators, but if there are so many of these people that you can make videos about them regularly like this. Then it's a sign that the system needs adjusting, on some level it's the government's fault that there are so many violators in the bus lane. Think about it like this. If there was so much rape and murder in a particular city or barangay then at some point you ask where these violators come from. Why do they feel the need to violate so easily? At what point is it the responsibility of the government do something about the situation? The high level of violators means there's a lot of room to improve in the system somewhere, the bus lane system? the general traffic problems we've been having? the amount of private cars in the Philippines? I think at some point, the responsibility goes to the people that make the decisions, not just the people that violate the rules to "get ahead".
@@zentai6921 People do what they feel they need to do. If you want people to take the bus then it has to be better than driving. Where I live in QC, EVERYONE wants a car. Pointing fingers and shouting at every asshole is simply ineffective and very VERY tiring. The Bus lane needs to improve, trains need to improve, the bike lanes need to improve, walking needs to improve. Point fingers at the assholes that can do something about it.

I say again, increase the fines and penalty, they know how much but it's too low to determine them. Make it Php30,000, automatic license confiscation, suspension, plus impounding if they try to run.

One of the real problems is the absence of a cohesive public transportation network. A lot of people resort to bringing their own vehicle on a daily basis, hence, the high volume of vehicles. If taking public transportation were so much more convenient, would the majority still choose to drive within Metro Manila? In the meantime, while we wait for other better and long-term solutions, we just have to bear with stop gap measures. Although there is still room for improvement, I do believe that the EDSA Busway is a step in the right direction and is part of the bigger solution.

3:18 It's because they don't have papers that they don't know the rules. Mostly anyway. Especially if you go outside MM, so many motorcycle owners don't know the traffic rules.

Let's face it. Most Filipinos will not follow this if it's not for the enforcers around pag walang nanghuhuli kanya kanya na lang.

If you get caught driving in the EDSA bus lane, you should get a big fine of around 20k and your car or motorcycle should be impounded for a month. They should also take away your driver's license for six months. That should be enough to make you think twice about driving in the EDSA bus lane. Filipinos are not very disciplined, so these measures are necessary to deter them from breaking the law.
Hi Gadget, haven’t watched your videos in a while and just recently started binging your recent videos. Have you made the switch to buslane exclusive content?
KUDOS SAICT..
Good job! I'm really puzzled though why aren't they apply the same strict implementation between Guadalupe to Buendia southbound. Everyday during rush hour there's quite a number of blatant violators. LTO should join them to apprehend and REMOVE unauthorized blinkers. Hoy GISING!!!
The audacity of some of these mofos violating the bus line rules is just unbelievable. Thinking that they will get away with it, some even doesnt even have a valid driver's license and registration... These people should never be allowed to drive for they can just evade prosecution over and over again...

Kudos to SAICT. Great job. However, what I don’t like is that one of the arresting officers hit or beat the owner’s vehicle. If the vehicle drives off, all you need to do is get its plate number and report it to the LTO so they can issue a show cause order.
May kaibigan ako umuwi dyan para magbakasyon at plano nya mag retire sana dyan pero after realizing na marami pa ring walang disiplina sa atin nag bago isip nya.

To discourage the use of blinkers they should be fine 2x for using bus lanes and impound the vehicles for 2 weeks or more for multiple previous violations.

Dito sa CDO at Mis. Or.
on Aug 2022, the SC had a TRO temporary restraining order on NCAP. its Aug 2024 now. its "temporary". how long is temporary??? I am not the best expert in law but checking google, TROs are only effected for 72 hours or 3 days. IDK the details on the NCAP but it should have long been implemented already. What happened?
For MC drivers who were caught using bus lane must pay extra 1K pesos for arguing or holding-up traffic with enforcer; 3K for executing evasive manuever and 5K for running away and for those on 4 wheel vehicles must pay twice as much for all 1st time offender, for 2nd time offender double the fine on graduated scale. Like what they said when it hurt their pocket they will think twice to violate the traffic rules and regulations.

What gets me is the people KNOW it's illegal and the officers do this every day but they STILL go through the bus lane. They should, both agencies, be given the authority to automatically impound the vehicle. Entitled people like these scumbags need to learn their lesson.
Nearly every driver or rider admits to knowing that they're not allowed to be inside the bus lane. The most common reason given is that they're in a rush or they're running late. Although some will just lie and insist they weren't inside the bus lane 🤷♂️ Or maybe some genuinely believe that - perhaps they weren't paying attention.

From riding a motorcycle, to taking the bus lane, to taking the bus.....LOL Other rider had no driver's license, expired registration and he enters the bus lane....he was looking for trouble all the way.
Also, my deepest condolences to the motorcycle owners who got impounded. You know what they say getting your vehicle impounded, some parts of it will be sold online or in the streets the longer it stays in the impound.
Any vehicle illegally found displaying emergency lights and sirens should be immediately impounded and the owner should have criminal charges brought against them for impersonating a police officer/emergency services vehicle.
If that guy with the blinkers was in the UK, he would have been arrested for impersonating an emergency vehicle. Authorities would have his car taken away and have points added to his licence & a heavy fine or worse a prison sentence.
