They know they will get apprehended if they go through the bus lane and yet go through it anyway. And the kicker? They don't have a Driver's license to begin with. I guess they are pretty well off to just throw away at least 9K to pay for their motorcycle, or just chose to dispose it like a child would to their toy that they don't want anymore.
Honestly a lot of people are just confident that they'll be able to evade, or run away from enforcers. So it doesn't matter if the penalty is high because they don't think they'll ever have to pay it. That's the mindset of many people.
@@GadgetAddict I think it should be an automatic 4th offense if you run from an enforcer or fail to stop, not a 3rd offense, even if it is your first time offense in the bus lane.
Karamihan sa mga 4 wheels di na nag argument at nagpapalusot mga motor lahat ng pag sisinungaling gagawin. Mga kamote kaya pag nakakakita talaga ako ng mga nasasagi na mga naka motor dyan sa edsa madalas kasalanan ng motor singit ng singit basta maka una lang talaga sa mga traffic.

People don't care about tow away signs because they are so used to civil laws not being enforced in this country. Road laws, noise laws, animal control laws. Urination on the street laws. In many parts of the country these laws are generally ignored and you will be hard pressed to find any laws such as this being enforced. Thankfully, criminal laws are enforced and the country is generally quite a safe place to live, especially compared to many other countries and cities around the world.
