Exactly I noticed relatively in relatively civilized and relatively European. Having lived in Western Europe I know people don't consider Poland, Yugoslavia, Romania, Ukraine, etc European. The same is true when you go south of France. Italians for example are not considered really European or white. Italians and the Irish were not considered white here in the US either.

UN estimated just under 700 civilians killed so far and that number must include civilians killed by Ukrainian shelling in the Donbass as well. If all those hospitals and apartments still had civilians in them that official UN toll would be in the several thousands.

Cruise missiles were also launched into Iraq and Libya too, I am sure if you asked the senior military leadership of the Pentagon or NATO they would tell you that the missiles were intended for military targets not civilian ones although civilians can still get hit. The norm is to logically target military assets first and there are still plenty of those to hit with missiles if they found them in places like Iraq & Syria & Libya they can find those in Ukraine.
