I am a Bangladeshi I am proud because I am a Muslim, when I visit Vietnam, I will definitely go to Cham Community. Hopefully, I get some new Muslim friends of good mind.

I just wish clarify the statement that the Muslim face the direction of Allāh. 1) We face the Direction of the Sacred Mosque (Masjidol Haram) in Makkah as commanded by Allāh. "...Surely, We shall turn you to a Qiblah (prayer direction) that shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid- al-Haram (at Makkah)..." Qur'ān 2 : 144 2) As for Allāh Himself, this is what the Qur-ān says: "....And to Allah belong the east and the west, so WHEREVER you turn your faces the essence of Allah is there..." Qur'ān 2 : 115

Massive migration taken place in 15th century of Cham to Northern Sumatra. Now their descendant also known as Acehnese is the largest Sub Ethnic Cham group in the world with the population around 4 Million.

According to historians, protracted border wars between the Chinese and the Cham people had continued for many centuries. China had many times attempted to invade and occupy Kingdom of Champa. To survive, the Cham and Vietnamese people united together as one army standing up against the Chinese invaders. And again, they came together to protect their country Vietnam against other foreign invaders in the 20th century. Vietnam is a multiethnic country with 54 distinct minorities, including Cham people. They always unite together defending their homeland against all foreign invaders.

Quite a lot of errors. For example, everyone can enter the mosque, not just mature men. And women CAN go to the mosque to pray. There are NO rules which say that women cannot enter or pray at the mosque. Another example, Muslims pray in the direction of Kaabah in Mekkah to symbolize unity, not because Allah is there.

Lol. There is no such an orthodox sect thing. They are just muslim who teach islam by blend it with tradition. It is not like sects in christianity where you have different churches. Mosque is just mosque. Same everywhere. People can pray at any mosque they find. The scripture is alsobthe same for all of them.

Cham Chau Doc Cham Tay Ninh Cham Dong Nai are the origin Cham of Cambodia. They fled to the South Vietnam for many reasons before and after Vietnamese occupied the South from Khmer.
