Chamberlain RJO70 Direct-Drive Garage Door Opener Install 

I have had mine in the shop for the last 4 years, and love it. Worth every penny of the extra cost to not have the old style opener rail taking up space and filling with dirt and dust. taking up space and in the way a lot of times. It is really quieter than the older style openers. You will have to keep an eye on the cable tension sensor because with it gets a dust buildup on it, will cause it to stick to the cable and cause the door to go back up. A good blast from the air hose will usually take care of that. I would not buy any other type of door opener again. This one is top-notch.

So I was watching a previous video of your's were you were screwing down your work piece with regular metal screws. Quick tip, use brass screws, super soft metal and if your smaller bits happen to hit it, the small bits will eat through it with out destroying themselves. I like the work you do bud. You make some really nice pieces, keep it up.

you didnt need to pull any wires. You couldve just used the old wires that were there for the sensors and tie them into the switch in the ceiling.

That's not considered a direct drive. That's considered a jackshaft, wall mounted or side mount opener. A direct drive has the motor attached to the opener rail and the motor runs up and down the length of the tail instead of a belt or chain turning
