I remember when this game first came out, I was ranking up hella fast, champ easy just because I went into settings and discovered the secret boost+jump button I took a break, and now, bruhhh, these golds are INSANE, I'm stuck
Yeah, when I first started playing in pre-season I was silver (because I bairly played) then s1 I was gold. I've been gold ever since because I only play randomly when I'm bored. But I'm almost Plat in 2v2's at least
For anyone going into the comment section to say “this isn’t champ 5 gameplay I play better than this!” please don’t. This was almost a year ago, (crazy) people play a lot better than this now. Edit: it’s been about 3 years now 💀
Honestly the skill gap isn’t too big on the sideswipe because of how easy it is to grasp the mechanic’s especially with a controller so people can be in a plat lobby playing like gc and vise versa
@@Th3unkownguy4113 you have got to be high. The skill gap is huge 😂. Mechanics wise AND game sense wise. Plats aren’t consistent and barley have game sense gcs are mostly consistent with mechanics and have way better game sense

to answer your second question, yes it would. Boosted jump is a vital part of playing sideswipe. Without your basically moving in slow motion compared with everyone else. It takes a bit of adjusting especially if you're playing on touch. But once you get the hang of it, you can incorporate stalling and become an amazing touch player

Yo i know this video befor 11 month i want to say if you still play this game i will give you a tip, dont stay at the goal bec there is a high chance to get a goal its better to be at the ground at the back this gives you more reflexes and less chance to het goal
Controller is broking imo too, made a account without controller and made champ 1, then a while after that i made a account for playing on controller and made it to champ 5.
Not going to lie, I have no friends playing so I always end up with shitty team mates, I'm champion on 1v1, doing a lot more tricks then you are in 2v2 grand champ. Oh and I'm Diamond 3 in 2v2, I end up carrying my random teammate in 2v2. Feel like they do their best to make me lose. Yesterday had a player in 2v2 as a teammate first half of the game driving casually not going for the ball. After a 2-1 lead he decided to be a goalkeeper for the opponent team. 2v2 are bunch of toxic kids..
