Found this shortly before my wife had an affair and started the process for divorce, thinking she could take my sons without a fight. Since then she hasn’t let them come see me, she’s made me miss my oldest while he’s dealing with it, my second son’s 3rd birthday and my youngest’s first Christmas and first birthday. Exercise has never been more important and has been helping me deal with the stress. I listen to this video probably 3-4 times a week while I exercise and it helps me push through this miserable time. Edit Jan 8, 2024: Divorce was finalized 18 months ago. Fought for custody, did not win. But I went to a tech school and now have one of the best, most stable jobs available in my area. My focus for the time being is my kids when I have them, and enjoying the freedom this stability grants me. Exercise fell off for a while, God help me getting it back into it 😂

To anyone reading this, you’re kicking ass and I know you’re out there trying just as hard as me. Refusing to ever give up, on yourself, humanity, or anything. We have a saiyan spirit and we will never quit. Be kind and work hard, you never know when someone will need your strength when they are weak.

From the age of like 2 or 3 I was obssesed with dbz I loved all the uniqueness of its characters and how inspiring it is. My father died in front of me when I was 12 and I just lost all confidence and feel into deep depression for almost 7 years and gained almost 130 pounds. I was at 261 and depressed. Last year on december 12th 2017 I made a promise to lose 50 pounds...i ended up losing 80 pounds and putting on 20 pounds of muscle. To anyone reading this, find your grind and find your passion and prove those who told you no wrong. Thank you dbz for giving me the inspiration I need every day I wake up 🙏

Honestly, I found myself really depressed last week, in a really dark place. I work out to some Dragonball AMV and I googled Dragon Ball Motivation. You can mock and laugh if you want but this video honestly gave me the strength to move forward, even though I haven't moved on. So thank you, guy/girl, for making this video

To the creator - I don’t think you had any idea you’d touch this many people. I broke PRs today in tears so thanks. Been a rough few years. But I’ve been consistently hitting the gym for about 5 years now. I look and feel like a totally different person but the real training is the mental health fitness training.

my mother died in October i only recently turned 19 and i love watching Dbz it really does help and remind you of the inner warrior inside of yourself! our parents are washing from above we have to do them proud ;)

I was in a releationship where we ate out alot totally not watching my health,because honestly i didnt care i had my girl but what happened is that i gained almost 300lbs,she stayed the same and ended up leaving me because i gained so much weight i didnt look my best i was crushed about that but rewatching dbz and seeing how motivational it was for me the characters breaking there limits getting stronger i started working out eating better and now im 175lbs with muscles.feeling great feeling like a king and a champ

Daamn, Goku's voice just pumps you up

Going into treatment in 4 days to help get over my drug addiction and slowly learn to be happy on my own again. My ego is terrified but there's a small part of me that's really excited.

There is way, WAY more depth to this show than meets the eye. It almost feels like a real life story telling of an alternate universe.

Can't believe this. It just doesn't seem real, the beloved creator Akira has passed away. And I can't express in any way what this man's ideals did for not only me but entire generations of people. Thank you for making this video. It now has a way deeper meaning than ever before. May his soul rest with the force forever. Unreal. I honestly don't even know how to feel right now.

I almost went into a dark mindset, then dbz popped in my recommended. I clicked, because WTH right? Then, I was inspired to lift my spirits and just be stronger and happier. It's a fight that's worth the growth and the change to live a better life and be in a better place.

My gym workout never felt this good. Today I picked up so much weight and found out that my limit wasn't really my true limit . The words of the proud vegeta "I have no limits" applies to us all. We just gotta find the motivation to realise it.

The fact that I was inspired by Goku’s and Vegeta’s physiques so much as a kid I drew pictures of them non stop. 15 years later I’m 29 and have achieved my dream physique and will never stop working out. DBZ will never cease to inspire me whether I remember it or not in my day to day, I’ll always be able to appreciate the intense battles when videos like these show up in my feed

Dragonball has been my motivation to train my entire life. Just ran my first full marathon recently. Was about to give up at mile 17, and asked myself "what would Goku & Vegeta do?" That pushed me to complete the entire thing. 🏃‍♂️

i found this after i been struggling with depression that came with my fiance leaving me… she was the woman i love with all my heart… a month after breaking up without talking to her ive found out she moved on and that she like someone else… the pain is too great and this is literally getting me super saiyan now at the gym

Honestly, this reminded me of everyone I let down. This gave me the strength and motivation to have a powerful training session. Tears were running down my face as I was lifting and went past my limits. Thank you for this, seriously.

It makes me sad that i can't find the same motivation people find from this. My father had shoved Dragon Ball into my face countless times, seeing that I liked pretty much anything he liked. He always told me its more than a show. Its a show that shows great morals and perseverance to constantly shatter your limitations, be it physically or mentally. I did learn some from it. I watched recaps and many episodes over and over and seeked guidance for whatever struggle I had. It worked a lot of the time. My dad always made me feel good on top of the world and sacrifised so much just so I could be half the person he was. I cannot commend his enough for that. Im going to try and regain this mindset. Im going to try to lose weight, as I now have one other person who will push me nearly as far as my dad. I'm going to become a scholar. I'm going to become somebody who will be useful to others, for those in need. My career choice is not predetermined or figured out. Tonight, i start my plan. Thank you Dad. I'll never forget what you taught me, and I'll never turn away from the approaching danger.

Both my hero’s;grew up without a dad and a bit of a nerd... lessons I’ve learned Vegeta:sometimes you have to set a side everything to better yourself and because you’re behind someone’s shadow doesn’t mean you can’t go your own way,it’s never to late to change and for Goku one lesson he’s shown over and over again (this actually made me cry a little when I thought about it) Nice guys don’t always finish last and are often the strongest

I used this video as motivation to workout till failure in my dorm at night when I was 18 and I first started uni back in september 2018, thankful for that. The absolute hardest I ever worked out. Even more thankful that the video is still here and I can continue to use it now that I'm 21 and re-started uni onto a course I actually care about. I also wanna start working out again. Watching this after my girlfriend which who I’m doing long distance with said we needed a break bc it’s close to softball season and she thinks it’s too much being in a relationship where we agreed we are busy people and no matter what obstacles came, we’d still love each other and communicate well. I wasn’t sure about a long distance relationship at first till I stepped out of my comfort zone and agreed to no matter what happens, happens and we must go through such obstacles. I simply came in knowing I wasn’t not going to give up on my relationship due to miscommunication. I hope whoever reads this is have a good day.

I've never even seen an episode of dbz but when i was prepping for my bodybuilding competition i listened to this almost every training day.. being so tired and drained.. just cns zapped don't wanna do cardio.. or lift another weight even if it's for deloading but this video would manage to give me chills and just such a boost of motivation even outside of those days i listen to this so that i say thank you.

this is for myself to document but i discovered this mix back in september 2021 and it’s really changed me, i feel like i was like gohan i have so much potential that i didn’t know i had until recently. This mix helped me get through my breakup, get more confident and start to believe in myself. It sounds corny but I legit looked up to these guys and their mindsets(still do), without them I wouldn't have found the motivation in my life to do alot of the things I've achieved.

You know I didn't like Vegeta as a kid. He was always so mean and arrogant. But I realise as an adult, he isn't happy with himself as a warrior. He doesn't dislike Goku, but he gets angry at himself for being weaker and takes it out on Goku as he is his closest friend.
