Championing Women's Leadership in Cambodia 

The Championing Women's Leadership for Gender Sensitive and Inclusive WASH initiative was created to help sub-national WASH actors, especially women working in WASH, reach their full potential and build leadership to address the challenges in the WASH sector. The training curriculum was designed to work with women who work in WASH crucial skills, including coordination of WASH projects, gender advocacy design thinking, piloting WASH community initiatives through small grants funding, and having an in-depth dialogue with their male colleagues on gender equality in the sector.
