2023 USSSA Chattahoochee Major - Condensed Championship Game - MPT Rentals (NJ-Major) vs Resmondo (FL-Major) - Saturday, 6/17/2023 at the South Commons Stadium field. It was 80 degrees and humid, they used the Dudley Pro-M ball, and a 16 home run limit on 300 foot fields.

The ball is ridiculous for this level at 300 feet. The one shot almost took Pinkham out. MPT does not have enough firepower to hang with Resmondo. And you sure do not need Harvey leading off innings. He needs to be free swinging.

@@carmelpleaserHarvey leads the Conference in HR's. He's like #6 in HRF with batters with 100+ at bats. It doesn't seem to me that he isn't free swinging

@jayc6176 u might want to re-watch the game. He came up with nobody on like 2 or 3 times. If you watch conference. Harvey usually is Top Homerun hitter. He clearly didn't want to waste solos on high powered team like Resmondo. He couldn't free swing. He played smart and hit oppo

Harvey had to hold back. Yes he is a homerun leader but why would Harvey be hitting oppo? Becuz nobody was on base. So that clearly means he can't swing free. What are u talking about? Lol

I love softball, been playing for years, but where is the fun in this? Every dude just smokes a line drive or home run and everyone jogs in... it's pretty much waiting for who can make a mistake first.

I have the same question Bignoze - in games at this level you are either fielding bullets right at you or watching the ball go over the fence. I don’t think I’d enjoy this type of softball

Flip is suspended for 1/2 the year by usssa. He was caught switching a bat out of the bucket.

Because it’s the biggest hole on the field for these guys. It does occasionally start fights but they are getting paid to play, don’t wanna get suspended and lose your income.
