Ingredients: 1 ½ cup chickpeas pressure cooked for 25 minutes with 1ts full salt which is not soaked overnight; 2 medium sz potatoes boiled, peeled,sliced. tomatoes 5 medium-large, fresh coriander and little green chillies, onion rings, keep some boiled chickpeas water separate when you drain them. 1 ½ ts mustard seeds, 1 ½ ts cumin seeds, 1 ½ ts chilli powder and 3/4 ts salt; tamarind, it has salt in it already so when you add salt in chickpeas be careful
