Victor, I am facinated with this repair!! The Tremelo post has too much"Play" in it making it too loose because of the crack in the body. I watched and thought you would cut a new piece of wood for the Tremelo post in the body. However, seeing you use a glue bottle with a hair line applicator for the repair supprized me. Will the glue penitrate deep enough into the crack to make it strong? The Tremelo carries alot of pressure and force isolated in the front of the post. Typically when I repair a plaster wall we open the crack moisten the plaster with water then replaster...making the repair as strong as original plaster wall. The same principle applies here. Secondly, I noticed you were concerned about the screw grooves in the Tremolo post not having sufficient threads to have the proper grip streanth. I thought flipping the post over was a genius move! 3rdly...your nephew usin a computer program to print the decal was facinating. Did he 3-D print the pick gaurd as well? 4thly...will the decal go under the pick giard or on top of the pick gaurd? Alot of questions went through my head on this one! Hello Ray! Thank you for still watching my videos and sending me useful information! The truth is that the guitar belongs to a 70-year-old retired motorcyclist and he can spend only 300€ on refurbishing the guitar! We are already at €350, but I accepted it because it is a big challenge for me and I enjoy it! Unfortunately, the owner did not ask for the repair of the cracked part under the bridge, of course I would have done it almost exactly as you described. The curse of video film editing is that only one-tenth of the correction can be included in the finished film, in reality I stretched it a little in the bridge leg and let the glue into the gap. I know it's not professional work, but it's better than doing nothing. We don't print the pickgaurd, I ordered it ready-made from Germany, it's transparent, I think it's acrylic plastic. the sticker was pasted underneath.

I Used to ride a Triumph Tiger British motorcycle...Totally love old British bikes! Norton Camando..BSA all motorcycles from the 60s, 70s, 80s. I know his 300 Euros were exhausted almost when the first parts arrived. I can tell you are helping out a person in need. He is lucky you are able to help. If you were local I definitely would have you working on my guitars as well. I love how detailed you are. A real master! That is somthing to appreciate. Me I learned through my mistakes and just like to share knowledge so people don't have to make the same dumb mistakes I did. Your channel is a WEALTH of information and I learned a lot already!
