Hello Beauties! I hope you're having a great weekend! A lot of you were asking me about the Clair (light) DUO palette so I bought it today along with the eyeshadow quad and I'm going to post a full review on Monday :) Let me know what you think about this collection? :)
I just ordered mine in the medium which is my shade. Thanks for such a thorough review. I also picked up the New water foundation by Chanel because of your review and I have to say I absolutely love it; it is BEAUTIFUL. Very very light but it definitely has light coverage and it is buildable with a natural gorgeous glow!

😂😂😂 OMG I completely agree, Gabrielle! :) I loved this palette when I first saw it and I enjoyed using it. On IG everyone loved the the light one though... so I had to get it and I bought also the eyeshadow palette... 🙈🙈🙈 Lucia is going so strong this year and that's bad news for us makeup addicts. I'm curious to see what will happen with the light Duo tomorrow. For now I'm only taking photos and admiring the design lol...

I like how the bronzer can be built up and how the gold can be subtle. I think the bronzer looked even more beautiful as it had time to set. That combination looked ✨stunning✨ on your eyes!! Hi, Angela! I’ve been eyeing this duo powder today in store, but I picked up a few other things & I’d like to come back to try that one out. I also thought I liked the lighter one until I looked at them it store. (The light one would be good as a finishing powder, but this one serves more purposes). It looks beautiful on your eyes! Would be a great palette for summer & traveling I am also curious about the new product they released in this collection that comes in little pots like cream eyeshadows, but it has completely different texture- like jelly/gel sort of gloss, & I was told they were multitasking products (could be used on eyes/cheeks/lips). I’m really curious about those & how they wear. I got the new Deep Eros mascara (burgundy color), Purple Ray nail polish from the cruise collection (Open Air nail polish is also gorgeous for spring/summer), & I finally picked up the new Les Beiges 9 shadow palette. I did like the stick eyeshadow/kohl from the cruise collection, but I think it was not the one you swatched, but another color, sort of light brown with some bronzy shimmer to it. Anyway, the whole collection is really interesting, whatever you choose to review next 😉 Thank you for keeping us updated on the new stuff!💐
Hello Victoria! :) I loved the brown khol eyeshadow too. I picked this one just because I have so many brown eyeshadows and eyeliners and I wanted to have something different. But it's definitely more beautiful than the one that I picked. I didn't get any of the glosses because I'm not a fan of this trend. They look wet/glossy just like a lip gloss with a very little shimmer. I guess I'm a little old fashioned lol but I honestly can't imagine wearing this on my eyes. I know from a friend of mine that they are not very long lasting and tend to move so you have to apply very little. But I haven't tried them myself. xx ❤️
Angela van Rose I agree. I swatched the glosses in store, & they do look beautiful, but I can totally see texture-wise that it’s a dubious product for eyelids. Again, they explained that the product is multi purpose & can be used on lips & cheeks. I see it as a glossy highlighter for the summer, you know, for cheek bones, me be collar bones, as a lip topper... a bit of a luxury item if you really have everything & just want smth new. It reminded me very much of a highlighter in a 3-pan cream palette released last spring/summer, & that one I have, so the gold would be really redundant. I don’t know about the silver yet. I feel like there’s been so many releases lately by Chanel, it’s hard to catch up. For me, the gems of the cruise collection are... the nail polishes this time:)) I loved the light purple & blue. I got the purple, it’s really light pastel lilac, it’s very elegant. I do want the blue but that would be overindulgence:)))))

Its very beautiful. Very sad that there are just 2 colors. The light one I guess is more a highlighter, u can’t bronze with the shade. Or u just habe to be very very light in the skin. . The medium one is better.
When I saw the light contour palette I thought it was a blush highlighter palette At first. Do you think If swirl together could work as light flush of color for cheeks?
Agree that Chanel has better products than this one. I was hoping Chanel will not fall to the category that follows mass trends. Ugh, please Chanel, don't sell us teenage styles we are the adults , we make the money, please cater to us (too). Or am I absolutely the only one who doesn't want to shine like a disco ball from head to toe?! I don't need to "carve" my face it has natural relief, still, Thank God! :))))
