Rhonda, I have (3) from the private line, Gardenia, Beige and No. 22 and they all seem to last on my skin. I wear Gardenia in the summer and receive a lot of compliments. I also love Paris Paris, Venice and Mademoiselle.

Rhonda darling, I agree 100% with your opinion. Chanel private line is a waste of money which is a shame according to the house reputation. The private line fragrances DO NOT LAST including some fragrances out of the line such as No5 L'Eau and No5 Eau de Parfum. Therefore, I don't buy anything from that line. I do not invest on any body creams or body oils either to prolong the longevity of any of their fragrances because it's like "playing the house game " basically allowing the house to continue to rob people. If the house cannot provide what I want in a fragrance for the price fragrances are charged, they will not get any money from me. Chanel house should show some respect to customers by increasing the quality and longevity of their fragrances. The house has shown they can do that as evidenced by producing Chanel Eau Tendre and Coco Madenoiselle with an amazing projection and longevity. I understand not everyone prefers beast mode fragrances such as CM but the price and quality should be balanced for what it's offered.

I've not smelled any from this newer line but I looove my old school ones , Coco mademoiselle,noir and Gabriel ❤️ .l do like gardenia if it's done subtle or powdery .tfs Rhonda 🙏🏼

The price increases on the main and private line is so wild.

Yes I love the way this fragrance smells I had to spray 10-12 times and got 7hrs on skin and 9hrs on clothes!

Have you tried the 1957? I loved Gardenia on my clothes but on my skin it was a hard pass.

I just started getting into Chanel and have 3 so far... I really like this line, except No. 5 which initially turned me off from the line lol, but Coco, Coco intense, and Chance Eau Vive is love! I think I'm gonna get Tendre too,and a couple of others.

I have No. 5 Eau Premiere. It’s sweeter and fresher (slightly spiced) than the original. I like it for spring and summer. I had to give my original No. 5 to my mom. Gave me headaches, and five years and I barely made any dent in that big bottle.

From day one Gardenia was my number 1 from the line (i am a man who likes white florals)

From Chanel I only own Coco Mademoiselle...so Thank you for sharing this
