Tara I’m a high end foundation junkie and this foundation is amazing! I’m 58 with dry skin and this foundation is my new holy grail. It didn’t emphasize any of my wrinkles and discoloration. It’s the best. Highly recommend for mature skin! Great review as always! Hope you are feeling better💕

Before this foundation came out my all time favorite was the Chanel original vitalumiere. This one is glowy and radiant but not overly wet looking. I’m obsessed, definitely giving the vitalumiere a run for its money!

Beautiful Tara, you're a real trooper getting back on to finish the vid but your health comes first always and we totally understand. I was waiting to finish my ELDW that now I'm 59 is too flat, dull and dry looking and I hate it but I purchased backup bottles with a GWP and can't just throw them away. Tried dewy primer, adding illuminator but still looks flat and too matte so not a happy camper. Was going to purchase the TF but now I'm going to get this, you've convinced me and I trust you implicity. Get better soon and take care, sending love xoxox

ps... you’re naturally stunning to begin with, but this foundation just highlights your beauty even more. i’m freaking sold on this! i’ll be happy if it wears on me the way it looks on you. we have almost the same skin tone, so i’m definitely going to try it. i love that it’s light to medium because i like my foundation light. this is why i usually only just go with tinted moisturizers.

Hi Tara! Your reviews are very informative. Thank you for the work you put into them. How does BD51 compare to Estee Lauder 4W1? Is it slightly lighter or darker? Or is BD61 a better match? I don't have a shop near me so I wanted to get a better idea. I mostly wear Dior Face and Body 4WO and also Estee Lauder 4W1.

Actually it's VERY similar to that in the way it lays on the skin and wears throughout the day. Only difference is, The Chanel you can build coverage (never gets cakey) and the LW from CT i can't really build too a medium coverage. I think if you love the CT, you'll love this one from Chanel🙌❤💋 Hope that helps🦋🦋🦋

I love this just bought it .. I’m BD 61 .. I’m sooo hard to match as I’m olive & warm … looks like skin but it’s sooo shiny? Any primers y’all recommend? I love it

It definitely has a shine to it😁 I calm the shine down using a little bit of Translucent Setting Powder. That seems to help a little with that shine, but she's definitely a glowy formula😉❤️ p.s. have you tried it with the silk canvas from Tatcha, (or something similar 😉) or a Mattifying Primer? That may help as well❤️

Hi, for the shade, you’re trying to match your self tan right? It looks like 4 shades deeper than your actually skin. I’m Hispanic, medium skin and my perfect match in Chanel is mostly 30B on all their foundations so I can’t imagine someone white with blue eyes wearing 3 shades darker than me, even with a self tan.

They used a laser. It's called the laser genesis. They zapped it ONE TIME and it was over. Unreal.. hasn't came back.. ❤😁
