So Lang, Leslie, and Dean (Cerberus) put up a billboard ad right outside CG's gallery and put a picture of the three of them. CG was able to get the guy who runs the billboard to refund their money and change the ad. So Cerberus bought the building the billboard in on effectively making them the owners of it. It's basically all just a money flex contest.
