In this video I will show you how to change automatic ignition Gas Stove jet from LPG |LPG to NG. LPG is liquefied petroleum gas : a type of fuel used for heating, cooking, and in some vehicles in Pakistan and also rest of world , transported in gas cylinder to Natural gas NG or PNG at home.
Most people think that LPG and NG or PNG is same type of gases. But PNG or natural gas (NG) is METHANE and LPG is propane, butane, isobutane or a mixture of the three. Mostly Propane is supplied in Cylinder in Home and Commercial uses due to its Boiling temperature which is 42°C. It means that is more Suitable for COLDER Climates than Butane. Butane Boiling temperature is at -2°C. The most important that LPG is Environment Friendly. Both PNG and LPG are good source of heating.
The main reason to do this process is that in our area supply of Natural gas (Pipe Line Supply of Gas) is now better. Normally we change of gas stove jets of LPG to NG jets . So we can easily change gas stove from LPG to NG in kitchen shelf. But the jet for Natural Gas (It is also called Sui gas in Pakistan because Pakistan's first gas field was found in the late 1952 in Balochistan near Sui ) was not available in my local market. when this simple hack made at home. It was time period of lockdown due to COVID 19.
All markets and workshops was closed to find LPG JETS of automatic ignition stove. It was necessary for me to decide how to convert lpg gas stove to png. After a lot of thought that how to fix LPG gas stove jets to NG and Finally found it. I decided to do this simple conversion automatic gas stove from LPG to natural gas at home and now it is ready to burn in my kitchen from LPG gas stove to PNG ( natural gas supplied through Pipeline). It is not required any technical skill or soft skill.
It is common solution in my thought and you also be in mind that It is not a gas stove repair friends. Also save my earn money in pocket.

----------------SAFETY RULES---------------------
Natural gas NG and LPG are flammable hydrocarbon gases.
Before any repairing work or changing any part of Gas stove , We must follow safety Tips Everyone should know.
--------------------------BEFORE----------------------------------------
1- Check your gas stove is design for Both type of PNG and LPG.
2- Is your Gas stove suitable for domestic use.
3- Main supply of PNG tape handles must close and gas stove must be removed from it.
4- If gas stove is connected to LPG Cylinder, it must be better to close cylinder regulator and remove stove from it.
-------------------------AFTER--------------------------------------------
1- Burner ignition devices must work
2- Gas shut-off devices must work.
3- Check leaks, loose fittings, blocked or non-functioning pilot jets etc.
4- After repairing gas stove or changing any parts of it, must be checked carefully to prevent leaks of gas or poisonous fumes.
5- Gas stove HOB are placed correctly.
