Sometimes hybrid approach (Waterfall and Agile called Wagile) helps in overcoming the risks associated with Agile change management.

It's interesting that you say that. For some reason that's the thing I notice as well. He communicates his content knowledge in such a automatic constant flow which is usually more common when a speaker is telling a story rather than SME sharing. I wonder how he does that.
