@@DarrenTAnims Darren I saw your work and it is a true work of art. My name is Chris I'm 15 and I began animating about 8 months ago, you can see that I've taken quite a break on RU-vid. However I've started using opentoonz and I'm ready to produce some high level animation. Pleas do me an honor and watch my old stuff and get ready to watch my new stuff. Thanks again
Hello, please, could you tell me in which file the personalized panels are saved by myself? I would like to make a pull request in Tahoma2d with a customization I made of the StopMotion panel. I already found that the default panels are located in /tahomastuff/profiles/layouts/rooms/Default but I wouldn't know how to modify the room3.ini panel myself by writing the code, although I understand that my custom version has been saved somewhere and I intend is to copy and paste my version from there. All the best
-------------------------------- Q. Good morning, Mr. Darren. I am interested in your opentoonz course, I just have a question and this is the course I can follow in Spanish. Thank you. A. Sadly I've not had time to add any language translation to the course. I've tried to make everything as clear, visually, as I could. So if you can follow some English, you might be ok. However, there's 2 things to mention here. 1. There are some free lessons in the course that you can watch now, so you can see if you can follow them (or if Udemy have yet added automatic language translation) 2. The course has a 30-day money back guarantee. So you can try the course and if you can't follow it enough or get enough useful information out of it, then you can cancel it and get your money back.
I don't know what you mean by your level not opening in B. The default name is a unique letter, or set of letters, within the same project. You can choose a different name if you want to.
Hi. If possible you should probably upgrade to version 1.5. This issue might be fixed for you. Also, adding OpenToonz to your graphics card's high performance list helps some users with these kinds of issues. I've a video about this.
Hi Darrel.. I seem to have lost the "Basic" room! It's no longer on the rooms list top, right of screen. ( Version 1,6) It started when I was trying to lock the toolbar on the left side of the main window. I have uninstalled OT but re-installing it gives the same problen. Shoud I delete the "Opentoons stuff" folder from Disk C: before I reinstall? Thanks (Maybe my 85 year old brain has missed something)
Hi Darren. Please, I have a Question :) - I'm following your Course on Udemy and you have a Room/Workspace called "Timeline" - I don't have this, and I have no idea how to create it with the same Layout, you also have a Room called "Basics" - I don't have this neither. I'm finding it a struggle to follow the course without the Timeline Room :( Thank you Darren T! :D
Hi. Thank you for taking the course. The latest version of OpenToonz has a different layout of rooms, so it's different at the start. The basics room din the previous version of the software. This is why one of the first things I do in the course is to share a copy of my own room layout that I use throughout the course. This includes my Timeline room. I also show how to change your room layouts, so you can recreate any layout that you need.
If you mess up the layouts or change your mind, then you can reset the rooms from the Windows menu, Workspace > Reset to Default Rooms (then restart OpenToonz)
Does anyone know a way to make the icons smaller? In every window the icons and everything seem very big and I have to make the windows huge to see or edit anything
sorry to bother yall, can anyone explain where my drawing room option went? i've tried reseting and its not there. i think a few other rooms have disappeared as well and its annoying the heck outta me
After you choose teste rooms, you have to restart the program. If that fails, it doesn't often, but can, then a reinstall would be the only way to get them back.
@@paradoxtatorstudios9681 Reinstaing won't remove your projects, but i'd always take a copy of them first (if you have any in your OpenToonz Stuff folder). It's because if this that I store my projects in my documents folder.
