What you say is so true. I noticed when I start on a downward spiral of negative thoughts, they keep coming until I decide Enough! Then I start to change my thinking to positive thoughts. One time I challenged myself to think nothing but positive thoughts for an hour, stating positive affirmations then two hours and so forth just for that day. Depending on how successful I was I kept it going for a week and so on and I even asked a couple of friends to join in the challenge. Yes, negativity did surface which is normal, I just ignored them and immediately kept with the positives.

WELL, I love that Caprice. Part of why this world was "created" is for the purpose of a relative opposite. In order for your world peace to be witnessed, seen, experienced fully, there has to be that. We can shorten the distance from the left to the right, but there will always be a left if there is to be a right in the physical. The only way we can fully appreciate being in a realm where there is no birth, no death, no loss, no separation, no illness, no struggle, only happiness, peach, joy, life eternal, connection, understanding, peace, etc. is to have, experience the relative opposite. Only by having night, can we witness it's opposite day light. We would not be able to appreciate the glory of "heaven" of never being born, never knowing sickness and death, always living in joy, light, love and peace UNLESS we have experienced the opposite.
