replace the ignitor (cdi)

if your ignitor (cdi) has the same colors as mine , check : BLK/WHT is neg. ORN/WHT is pos when starting , check if the WHT is making connecion between CDI and coil , check if the RED on the coil is pos. when starting you can write me dirkmonsieur@yahoo.com

If I was working on my truck engine or a race car, I'll agree with that. It is a golf cart that'll be in a campground with the governor set to top out at 13 MPH. Although I do agree that it's always a good practice to change out the head bolts whenever they've been removed. Unfortunately the entire lower half on that engine needs to be redone at some point in the future. The cart is still running around the campground and only needed a new set of plugs, once. The owner (which happens to be my sister's cart) only wanted it to make it through last years season. I'm happy to say that it not only made it through last year, it also made it through this year as well and is currently being prepared to go into storage for next year.
