Azure keeps developing, and so Microsoft's exam about Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant, the PL-200, continues to change. The next changes have happened on 12 January 2024.
There have been some huge changes to the later parts of the exam requirements. The new topics are:
Adding a multi-step form component (in Power Pages),
Configuring Microsoft SharePoint integration,
Document Management in Power Pages
Embedding a canvas app in a model-drive app form
Working with Microsoft Word templates
Working with the Dataverse connector
Configure low-code plug-ins
Configure email integration
Describe options for document management
There have been some sections and topics which have been removed from the PL-200 exam. They are:

Describe Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
Import and visualize data by using dataflows and Power BI (apart from Describe Power Fx)
Describe interoperability with other services (Microsoft Teams)
Individual Topics:
Configure table ownership
Create new relationships or modify existing relationships
Create alternate keys for tables
Configure connection roles
Manage sharing
Diagnose security issues
Create model-driven site maps (using the Classic interface)
Identify when to use a canvas app.
