6:00 Never gonna happen, they changed that long ago, to let her use perks like NOED, Devour, and STBFL (though it's very hard to get value) because it was impossible to do so since she's so slow. Now, chain blinks being special attacks I can see them going for.

So I'm going to comment as I go and just add stuff... Just because I want to I guess lol. So trapper sounds good, but IRL old bear traps, in order to open them without them snapping back shut on you. You have to set them, so I'd like to see that implemented in some capacity at least so when I survivor frees themselves, THEY set the trap by doing so, meaning if they want it unarmed they have to do that AFTER they are freed. I know this seems a little pointless but I actually think it'd be a healthy change when people actually get used to it.

When I first picked up DBD a year ago and read the Doctor's info and saw the bit about the illusionary Doctors, I honestly thought that IS what they would do and thought "holy fuck, that sounds terrifying, but also SO damned cool." Man, it was a disappointment to see that they actually just stood there and are honestly not that scary. As I fell in love with the Doctor and had him become my main, I will say that the fake Doctors are a good indicator to give me an idea as to where survivors are while the Static Blast is on cooldown, but man, if they would make a change and make them move and give them red stains, that would be so badass.

I always thought Charlotte should have a "Bloodlust" mechanic. If she's outside a certain radius of victor on a survivor, she gains movement speed moving towards them, and she gains additional movement speed, pallet breaking speed and vault speed if victor is crushed.

Two basic things Twins needs is including those mentioned by op and Spookyloops: 1. being able to pick up Victor by button press. I don't know why this is not in the game. 2. Survivor blocked into a locker will lose any progress of breaking out of a locker that Victor is holding close if they stop trying to break out. Currently they can 99% the progress and so keep Victor as hostage as long as they stay in the locker. If you get close they also can just fill that 1% in and jump out before you can get to the hitting distance. Twins have so many basic things that need to be fixed that its not even funny and still they are one of my favorite killers they just need the changes to make them great.

That would be nice, but then Victor should kinda lose the ability to down survivors too and instead give them deepwounds if they are already injured. Because you can use that increased speed to affect other survivors massively. Like, imagine you are on the opposite side of Lery's, and due to the distance, Twins gains a 10% movementspeed boost and a 20% breaking speed. You can literally chase any survivor and still be moving towards Victor.

I think a "follow me" type active command and a "stay there" command whilst playing Victor should be able to be used on Charlotte (similar to titanfall). I think it should only allow Charlotte movement (probably at a reduced speed for the sake of balance) and no interaction with the environment or survivors so we don't have the same problems as the knight. I think those changes plus some of the others mentioned would make them more oppressive and actually viable

I heard a great trapper change; when empty on traps and searching a locker, the trappers furthest unset trap disappears and he "grabs it from the locker". This still used some of his time of course, but ensures you never have to go tremendously out of your way to get a trap.

Suggestion: In order to make Nightfall a little more scary, I like your idea of toning down the visibility of auras, making them much dimmer. I would also change the Dredge's aura during Nightfall to a humanoid shape, making him not as easily detected just by his aura. I would also throw in ghost auras (humanoid shaped) that run around the map and have heartbeats.

Maybe instead of giving the killer humanoid shape, we could change all auras you see in nightfall to be more blurry, hard to distinguish between thr killer and other survivors

I love giving nightfall hallucinations Making them look like survivors is great, people would think that they are going to teammates Ide make a heart beat and dead stain appear behind the survivor if they got close enough to the ghosts, creating sort of a jump scare effect if you will

Fun fact: if you cleanse the hex behind Spooky's gaming chair, his beard falls off. Edit: My change to Nurse would be your first blink acts as it currently does, a basic attack. However any chain blinks beyond the first, count as special attacks - not triggering many perks. This would still allow Nurse players to use many killer perks without completely making half of them irrelevant, but would also require the Nurse player to be very good to capitalize on basic attack perks. If you're only ever landing attacks' via your chain blinks, they aren't going to do anything for you perk wise.

While that would still make my personal favourite addons of Nurse fun to use(Spasmodic and Matchbox, both make m1 perks viable without needing to make the difference), even when combined they keep survivors guessing), I still feel like its extremely hard to code around that. I rather give Nurse the Wraith treatment a bit, where she has perk abilities on first blinks if she hits them. That would honestly be a fair trade-off. Losing the basic attacks on blinks in general would be fair, but also gaining the option to have basically a 5th or even 6th perk if you hit survivors consistently on first blink, that would give a reward for perfect blinks.

Nurse is BROKEN good on maps like RPD, which are designed with 2 floors to make things balanced. She's basically impossible to evade on that map, since it's small and everything just loops back around and she can go up or down a floor to get people at any time. She's only balanced on maps that are not like RPD. Eyrie of Crows or Yamaoka Estate? Cool. RPD? Very not cool.

@@JW-qd3ol id disagree. Id say rpd is the worst map for nurse since the best way to counter nurse is breaking line of site. And it being two floors stops the nurse from being able to look down to make her blink cover less ground.

I agree with you completely about the artist and the crows on the map. I feel like since she’s the crow killer, the crows should respect her and not alert when she walks by and I also feel like she should have some kind of basekit spies from the shadows

Just had a thought regarding Trapper: What if he could do some sort of magic hat type trick with his trapper bag (hear me out) where he reaches into it and pulls out the furthest trap from him, prioritizing unopened ones first. It could take like two seconds to perform, bring him to a crawl like clown reloading, and just be used if you have most of your traps set up except one. Entity needs to give their poster child some of its blessing to perform this!

1 more thing for pig buff, like everytime a generator is done with a active Trap, u lose 5 seconds from the Countdown. When the last generator is done, like 10 seconds. And they should also change, when u put a trap on when all generators are done.

I find the change you thought of for the Twins good where if a survivor holds on to Victor for too long that they go into the dying state, but it NEEDS to be so that if you are in chase, the counter pauses like it does with pig's active head traps. Else you go into some type of old legion sh*t where they keep folllwing you and you just go down because if you pull off Victor you stop moving... Also, make it so it shows the timer on the HUD of survivors XD

Spooky, FYI there is another thing that Nemesis gets at T3 Mutation. When holding his whip out, he moves the same speed as survivors while in T3. This is crucial.

How I would change all characters (Killer AND Survivor) is give them a small bonus when using character-exclusive Perks. Something that makes players consider choosing a particular Survivor for playstyle or enhancing the threat of a Killer via slightly improved Perks.

I've actually written out a spreadsheet for this, which I called "thematic bonus". But it gave very specific boosts such as huntress being able to pick up any of the last five missed hatchets from the environment instead of having to reload at a locker or Ace always getting the highest rarity type of any item type from his chest searches.

@@TheMissMercury It's an idea for an optional opt-in bonus. As in, you can run the three perks and get a bonus unique perk for the character, or you can just run four perks of your choice. How would the killer see it?

lol even tho i dont spend money on in game purchases (i.e. characters) im totally in favor of this idea. when using shards i only buy survivor perks since they dont have to be specifically used with their survivor and am only focusing on prestiging jake (i like his outfits). but i really like this incentive. i think it'd help bring more variety ro characters played

i love the changes to the nemesis, that would make him feel like the real monster it is, i would buff a bit the add ons so some of them make the infection have an extra effect for X seconds, like "if a survivor gets infected it gets the blinded status effect for 60 seconds" or something like that, since some of them like the licker tongue that makes them be hindered for 0.2 extra seconds after being infected are just... really bad and makes the infection feel really weak compared to wesker's or plague's

A change I always was thinking about for the nurse would just be removing or decreasing her lunge a lot when she blink, so your blink have to be extremely precise to get a hit and have less room for error.

As a Sadako main I really like the changes you proposed. I'd love more interaction with the condemned mechanic outside of iri videotape and ring drawing build Something I've always wanted is that she can't be stunned while demanifested, and she can walk through thrown pallets. Sadako is legitimately the first 'ghost' killer we have, it'd be so fun if behavior chose to lean into her more spectral power set.

As a Deathslinger Main with over 3K hours. I have been saying for a long time that he needs to be 115 and have his old TR back. To actually hear someone else, especially Spooky, pitch the same exact idea was nice to see! I haven't played DBD since nemesis was released but I always had an issue with deathslingers TR being shorter mainly because the music for it takes a second or two to actually be audible. Like with the general TR music for killers you can tell when it's beginning but with deathslinger it's got this really eerie, quiet start to it that gives him just that bit of extra time before survivors realise he's coming. Was this just me or did anyone else find this to be an issue?

As a Slinger main myself I'd like either this or an addon overhaul similar to what Ghostface and Legion got. So many of Slinger's addons are basically useless (+movement speed while ADS, reduced TR while ADS, Hellshire Iron, etc.) and I'd like to see more that would actually do something useful. Maybe addons that increase ADS speed, increase the range of the gun, maybe give you a bigger spear to make landing shots easier. Because honestly I see no reason to use most of the addons besides the reload and cooldown reductions. Or maybe I'm just dumb and not using them correctly. :P

@@Walumancer Actually there are many uses for his add-ons. Most of my build videos focus on making use out of all his addons in some way. I dont disagree he could use some better ones, but he is one of the only killers that has some use for every addon depending on build. :)

I can think of *some* uses for some of his addons, like using chain health if you aren't using STBFL, reel speed if you're using coin, and maybe a very niche stealth build with his stealth addons and things like M&A, but killers like Wraith (pretty much all his addons), Trickster (his purple addons), Myers (Tombstones and Mirrors), Doctor (shock shape changes, the different effects of his files), etc. facilitate different builds and playstyles far more than Slinger's addons. Maybe straight buffs would be too boring for a Slinger addon overhaul though, I'd like to have some alt playstyles with my favorite killer. An actually usable stealth Slinger that doesn't require corner camping while ADS like it's Call of Duty would be really neat (BHVR plz bring back 24 TR)

@@Walumancer Funny you mention an actual usable stealth slinger. Check out some of my recent videos and you’ll be surprised haha. I have two very effective stealth builds that are really my go-to builds cause they’re so fun. But there are many different play styles. Chase oriented, defensive style, stealth oriented, hit and run/anti-heal, slow down slinger and many more. Just takes some experimenting :)

As one of the 7 twins mains, I loved your idea, I’ve always had the idea that survivors would be out into the dying state if they held Vic for too long. Also Charlotte needs to walk faster after teleporting back into her from victor. Same with victor, we should be able to teleport back into Charlotte faster, it’s takes about 5 seconds from downing a survivor with victor to teleporting back to Charlotte. I hope they get a MASSIVE buff soon. Hopefully this mid-chapter update.

When the knight uses his power he should go in his normal animation but instead a map wide audio cue activates allowing survivors to know he’s using his power and have his power/pathing and his helpers detection circle invisible, so it allows survivors to guess the knights pathing and the knights helpers detection range, I personally think this would make him a lot more fun and would force the survivors to pay close attention to their environments while going against the knight

There are some really nice ideas, but I'd like to note that making all nurse blinks basic attacks would effectively prevent her from using exposed perks alltogether, instead of just making them mess effective. Since she moves slower than survivors, she realistically will never be able to use a regular attack on a survivor with this change, no matter if she uses her power or not. I think making only the second blink attack a special attack will encourage more percise blinks and tune down exposed effects vs her a lot!

As a survivor main, some of those changes sounded great, and some sounded terrifying. Some sounded more balanced, and some sounded more unbalanced than what we have now. Overall I enjoyed the video and it was entertaining, and it was a lot of great feedback for BHVR.

I know how the game works. If you want them changed then that tells me you don’t play them. When you play them you learn how to counter them. YES!! That Ghostface change is exactly what I was thinking how he should be reworked! Him losing his power for a whole 30 seconds because a survivor looked at him is dumb. I think to balance him always being undetectable, when a survivor looks at you while you’re stalking them, your stalk progression on them pauses after a second until you break line of sight with them, rewarding survivors for being alert without completely punishing Ghostie

Spirit is my favorite killer to play and I actually love playing against her and it makes me sad she's so rare to go against. One thing I'd like to change is when playing her, I'd like to be able to see her passive phasing or just know when it's currently active. I like using her Juniper Bonsai which triggers her passive phasing more often and makes it last longer however I just never know how effective it is so that's what I'd like to change.

For the first time ever, I 100% agree with ALL of the change ideas! Clearly well thought out and nicely balanced. Killers would feel spooky and powerful again, but not unbeatable. Really hope BHVR is listening to Fog Whisperers finally and at least considers these.

There is also a small bug with plague for when a survivor gets hit with a little puke, the survivor isn't infected at all and so it wastes more of plagues time during chases.

I think rather than going into the dying state from a trap, it might make sense to get a permanent hindered effect until healed or a specific amount of time, as getting stuck in a bear trap would make your legs damaged obviously

The biggest problem with the ghost face change is also a thing that can happen with wraith. You get a lot less points from chase and being nearby the killer as you are not in the terror radius, so if that change you suggested for ghostie were to go live, they should increase the amount of chase points survivors get when they are actually in a chase, with ghostie and a lot with wraith, as he can just cloak and cancel the chase and deny points that way. And to add to the ghost face idea. If a survivor that is not currently in chase with him looks at him, he should start to have a terror radius and red stain, but only as long as the not chased survivor has line of sight, and maybe have it linger for like 2-3 sec before fading back to no radius what so ever. That way you can still help out your team by revealing him, but you have to actively follow him, putting yourself in danger.

Huge fan of all of these changes tbh! I especially love the ideas for Pig, Huntress' iri hatchet, and Doctor in terms of "fun" switch ups. As a Slinger main, the recommendations you made are 100% what I'd love to see. Knight's changes would be lovely too, I wanna enjoy playing him sooooo bad but damn is it frustrating right now. Oh, and while a totally undetectable Ghost Face would make me scream IRL every match, I'd love to see it lmao

Thanks for the insight! Love hearing these suggestions for killers! One thing about undetectable Ghostface: I wonder if a mechanism kind of like the Doctor would work with him for a red stain/terror radius thing. If Bhvr keeps the current reveal mechanic, maybe it could affect the survivor in some way: Survivor becomes hindered for 5 seconds after revealing, as a default? In the movies, he attacks quickly and taunts his victims too - so it would be nice to see a bit of that in the game. Like, when you are fully marked, there's a delay and maybe a line - "What's your favorite scary movie?" or just something to keep the suspense up a bit. As a survivor against ghostface, once I become completely marked, I'm on the run, and I think it takes a bit of the suspense out of it.

I've had some discussions regarding Myers over the last year, and one thing I have settled on as a change I would like to see, and most of my social group agrees, is to remove the 'cap' on how much he can stalk each survivor. And to balance this out it would take more stalk to level up, and also in his base kit he would drop out of evil within 3 once he hits someone down successfully. Some of his add-ons could be altered to adjust this, particularly the ones that already let him stay in EW3 longer. I also had a change in mind for Freddy. Right now, his power is basically just turned off once the last generators are completed. My idea would be to make it so it takes him longer to teleport to generators the more repaired they are, including if they are fully repaired. So in the end game he would still be able to teleport to all 7 generators, but it would take him a bit longer. Probably somewhere between 120% and 150% of the current duration, with the base teleport speed to a generator with no progress being closer to 75% of its current speed. I've had some thoughts on the Pig as well, but no definitive idea. My main thing is that the game needs to better communicate to survivor players that they need to take the trap off and can't go into the exit gates with an active trap on. Maybe some 'recorded audio' from Jigsaw himself could play through a speaker on the trap or something. And/or there could be some kind of visual 'transceiver' on the gates. For Legion, on the other hand. I like the character quite a bit, but I've always been a little bit disappointed in how the concept ended up translating to gameplay, even when they were first released. But with the Knight being added, it's solidified my thought process for the character. Now, my idea would be more of a straight up rework than a simple change. But I kind of would like to see the Legion (or perhaps a future killer) come into the game as all four killers together, or even just a pair, but they would only have one knife between them. So you could send the Legion members you're not controlling to a target area with the power button (right click) and they would go block a pathway, kick/damage an object, or try to grab a survivor to hold them in place briefly, and each character would be slightly better at some of these things based on their stats and personalities. The secondary ability button, however (control) would allow you to toss the knife to another Legion member in line of sight, transferring player control to that killer. This would take a little time, based on how far away they currently are, and could only be done within line of sight, and only the Legion member with the knife could actually injure survivors. I might try to preserve some part of their feral frenzy, perhaps as a passive, letting them ramp up their speed and intensity the more hits they get in, or by passing around the knife between hits or something. But that was the general idea I thought would better represent the 'fantasy' of the Legion as they were promoted and as they exist in the lore. My change to the Oni is simple (and could apply to a few other killers as well like Hillbilly/Cannibal, for instance). Let weapon skins alter his club.

So one thing I'd change or add for the Nemesis is adding the ability to switch the tentacle strike. Because I know sometimes, the targeting of it can be janky. So if BH gave us the option to switch how tentacle strike works, it'd help. For example, I'd add the ability to let tentacle strike turn into tentacle sweep. Where it sweeps the area in a cone in front of the nemesis. The tradeoff for it would be obviously a shorter range for it, but also slower mutation for the nemesis.

for the twins i have a idea! When controlling victor, charlotte (AI) will follow at either 4.6 or 4.4m per second. if you (as victor) start a chase with a survivor charlotte will chase the survivor too a bit like knights power. i dont know how this would work and if it will be balanced or not but it would be pretty interesting atleast to me! (also while controlling charlotte and victor is on someones back you should gain a buff like movement speed and damaging speed etc)

Oh my gosh, that pig change is SUCH a good idea. I also generally like the slowdown hiding box auras gives - it would be cool if they gave her a basekit effect similar to that which hides box auras until you get within x meters of them or something like that. At least add in a bit of that confusion to her base kit! I'd even take a nerf to some of her oppressive time crunch addons in exchange for that and a change to her charge that lets her break pallets.

the only thing i''d say about the make your choice to remove the trap instantly is given she is very limited on how many traps she has, make it more punishing than just losing a health state and being broken for a while.

The only issue I have with your changes to Pig is that literally nobody would ever be killed by beartraps again, unless you were only allowed to trade a health state while healthy or if they got cheeky and thought they could make it to the last box. It really removes the idea that beartraps are something to be afraid of when you know you can wait out the timer until the very last second and then just pop it off at the nearest box.

for michael the thing i would change is his jewelry addons, i would make it so he starts with some stalk at the start of the match (so like tacky earrings would be 10% stalk at the start and the jewelry box would give you 75% stalk at the start so you can get into tear 2 faster) with the drawback being like he stalks slower or moves slower or something

You are the first person i've seen that mentioned the Wesker change that i've been thinking about since the beginning. It always felt awkward that Wesker vaulted the pallet/window with an extra bound and just did... nothing with it and put his power away. I think that being able to bound after vaulting would make his power feel a bit more complete and solidify Wesker as the agile acrobatic maniac we all know and love

ooohhh this is a cool idea. what if they did a buff where when you summon a guard the killer also gets a bonus that mirrors that guards specialty for the time that the guard is on the map...or maybe an additional perk temporarily? i've never played the knight but i think maybe brutal strength, insidious, and whispers/some kind of aura reading/location revealing perk would match each of the 3 guards?

Also I would make it where dredge doesn't have it's super loud directional noise while undetectable. So that during nightfall you can't hear where it is, or during the day if that player is running tinkerer or something.

my suggested change for the death slinger would be to give him a new red addon. I'd call it the live round. the death slinger no longer has a harpoon he shoots out and instead just straight up shoots a bullet. He can only carry three at a time, and he needs to refill them at lockers. Each bullet does one health state of damage. The bullet travels like the harpoon up until 18 meters, at which point it will be affected by bullet drop. the other effects this will cause is an increase in recoil and anything else that might need to be added to balence this out.

If I had a change for pig with her bear traps, it would be if you miss a skill check you have to restart searching a box or you lose progress like you would a gen or so many seconds would be removed off the bear trap for every skill check missed. I think that would make bears traps a little more useful then just a minor issue.

I'm a Doctor main and I would LOVE to have active hallucinations. Now with the knights AI thing, this can be fully possible. Have it spawn and immediately start moving to a survivor, if the hallucination gets within range it will try to attack with a regular swing. Weather hit or miss, at the end of the swing it will disappear. To balance this though, I would say the moment it spawns and starts moving it has 5 seconds to get line of sight on a survivor, and hold it for 2 seconds, we'll allow overtime if the 2 second timer is ticking. If it can not, it disappears. If it does, the duration is extended. Maybe 10 or 15 seconds and chases the survivor. At tier 3 madness the hallucination will imitate the red stain and chase music. It would need more balancing then just this but boy would this make his hallucinations actually useable outside of a passive 'survivor is here' mechanic, if you have the add-on anyway.

I think an addon for The Executioner that would make him Undetectable after putting someone in a cage of torment until they are saved or someone is downed and then a 12 or so seconds after could be a good iridescent add-on. Or something that would grant him undetectable for a while after someone enters a trail or until anyone is injured. And another one could be that injured survivors who save someone from the cage of torment recieve the broken status effect and have their aura revealed for 12 seconds. (This duration is because the Cage is usually far away) Those 2 add-ons would be great as spins on ability interactions with perks.

Great video! I'm a knight main, I've only EVER used Wraith, Knight, and one trial with Huntress, the visual cues given to survivors are so counterproductive that in most cases my guard gets outrun. Also, when the guard drops his banner on spotting of a survivor he goes to where he spotted the survivor, giving them an additional amount of time to run away 🤦🏿‍♂️why? Knight is awesome (in theory) the changes would make him just as awesome in practice. Again, great video💯👑

For Wesker, I think a good trade off would be allowing a shorter ranged second dash after using a dash to vault and if you connect with a survivor you simply hit them the same way you do when your dash connects as they are vaulting. That way you are still offered the chance to get a hit but you don’t have as much of a gap closer nor are you too punishing by being able to grab them

I know a change to Wesker and Demogorgon Demogorgon: its sorta like a combination of Wesker and blights powers, if you use shred near a wall or a vault, he will either jump the vault like wesker or he will jump to the wall and can rebound in another direction, sorta like how the Demogorgon chases in the show Wesker: whenever you grab someone with his power and is not within range to smack them against the wall and is about to throw them, let him have enough turning mobility to throw him in another direction that he wants so that he might throw them into a closer wall to get the damage

Another thing I would change on the knight is that the timer of the guards hunt should only start when it reaches the place where it saw the survivor, or when it drops the banner. When I tried the knight, most of the times when the guards spotted a survivor, when it reached the spot and droped the banner to actually start running towards the survivor, half of the timer was already gone. So the assassin, whou would be great against survivors, when it would actually go after the survivor would have almost no time left to chase.

A strategy I have found effective with the Knight; When in case, when you near a spot that the survivor can loop, I will quickly send a guard on one side of the loop causing him to trigger agro and chase the survivor leading him right into me as I run the other way
