It could be a couple of things, sometimes if the new tape isn’t all the way down on the bar it can limit the heat transfer or if the actual sealing bar is not fully seated. Hope it’s something simple like that. Good luck
@@seedyeh Going a bit further, watch the bag when the timer stops and the chamber evacuates. Right at that moment, you can tell how much of a vacuum is actually being pulled. The bag should be collapsed nice and tight. If it isn't, then you have other issues. If it is tight right then but your product doesn't end up nicely vacuumed, then the problem is in the seal. Examine the seal to see if anything got caught up in it, or if it's just uneven/spotty. The latter is when you want to change the tape.
