This was very helpful I lost power with my 2016 Lexus RX 350 look at this video and fix my problem for free I wonder what it would have cost me if I would have went to the dealer like I was thinking to do prior to watching this video❤ Thank you so much!
Good job. Good Detail. Two suggestions. Make sure to suggest they turn off the water supply valves first. Also, a good idea to close the popup drain so you can't loose the screw or washer down the drain, into the trap below. Thanks.
"this part" "not sure what this is called" "on this" "this" You're unsure of what any part is called and making an instructional video after rambling on and on.
I don’t do the repairs anymore but there is a guy on YT called Mr Mixer who may be able to give you an estimate. The things are so heavy that by the time you pay for shipping and labor parts, it may not be worth it to you, good luck
Great video, very well done. Only snag, I installed the cart the direction you did, and my hot and cold are reversed. I don't have time to go back into it, so, II will deal with it until I have time for a do-0ver.
1990 Whirlpool direct drive washing machine best one ever made. It still works after replacing original motor, transmission, timer, and clutch this year. Water mixing valve replaced 5 years ago. Whirlpool tech told me to keep fixing it and he said my wash basin is better than today's crap.
This model Delta is around the 25-25 year old age. Good running little machines and believe was made in Pennsylvania. Better than the junk that's in today's market. I just aquired one for free also. Motor runs good but also needs a good clean up. Your video will definitely help out my working on this since there are a lot of small parts. Thanks for taking the time to make this.
We've had a similar LG washer from around 2018 or so. I personally hate it. It doesn't wash as well as the LG front load washer it replaced, lint is a major issue as well. I would NEVER buy another. I have never experienced dry sections of clothes as you have.
Thank you! With our Samsung, twice within 4 years have replaced the 4 corner springs that keep the drum balanced. Sick of these techno-cheap machines. Gonna go back to old school.
I’m not sure but if it just spins the threads may be stripped so that it “won’t move up” other than that I don’t know. You can call Moen I’ve found them to be very helpful, good luck
Hi. I have a 2003 SC430. My antenna motor is working. My antenna goes all the way up but not all the way down. (1/2 way down). If I put it all the way up, shut off the power leaving it up, and remove the old antenna and cable do you think it is possible thatinserting a new antenna and cable it will fully retract? OR, do you think there could be a broken piece of cable in the motor assembly, preventing it from fully retracting, and it should be pulled out of the car for inspection? I look forward to your advice. Thanks. David
Unfortunately it is probably a snapped off part of the plastic cable you may have to remove the motor and or housing to get the cable out. It could be something else but I think that is what it is. Good luck!
@@EveryBladeOfGrass1 If I take the old antenna out can I shorten the antenna by cutting the shaft off from the bottom by the number of inches it sticks out of the fender so it would fully retract into the fender? It wouldn't go up as high but that wouldn't bother me. Crazy thought? 🙄🙄
This video was really helpful. I couldn't reassemble the faucet to get the lifting handle under the plastic ring until I watched you video. Simple but frustrating. Ours is also 20 years old but needed some lube, not the cartridge, yet.
I got to the point of using the tool to remove the retaining nut and it came out about 20 or so turns then it stopped. I sprayed some CLR foam spray into it and that helped a little but at this point the nut is gnarled to the point that it's stuck where it is. How did you end up cutting the retaining nut?
Do you have the part number or kit number for that. I have the same issue I have to fix. I know this is 3 years old, so I do apologize. Or the model name and number for the faucet so I can look it up on my own
The cartridge is a 1248. I think Lowe’s will have them in stock I know they used to. You can call Moen they may send you out one for free. I don’t remember the model name of my faucet. Good luck
