Good thing I watched this video because I was about to spend money 💰 on her first sequence only. After playing with her a bit, I realized that I don't need sequence one.
You forgot to mention how good Taoqi will be if using Changli as main DPS, since Taoqi's Outro Skill buffs the incoming character's E damage by 38% for 14s
@@cruLife-morningSTAR taoqi would most likely have to replace the healer in that team, otherwise the changli outro skill is wasted. if that healer is verina you lose almost as much damage as you gain. i do have to say that i havent used taoqi personally, but from what i have heard shes absolutely horrible because it takes her an insanely long time to get enough energy for her outro skill, so you might even lose damage overall by wasting a bunch of time with her on field. her sustain also seems bad compared to other options so i dont think it will be very good. let me know if im wrong though, as i said i dont use taoqi currently.
@@Sparkofshurima yes Taoqi is slow and horrible at filling concerto, youd either use the broadblade that gives concerto or she's S5 to fill her concerto fast. And tbh Changli outro buff isn't that a big deal, yes it buffs, doesn't mean you'd have to make use of it. You can still use Changli, Taoqi, and Verina if you're going for Main DPS changli, and still get all the buffs, taoqi can still use the liberation buff from Changli. No need to squeeze out a slot for another Fusion just to make use of her Outro. So what im saying is its only good for Main DPS changli, it's different when she's a Quick swap DPS tho. But tbh, we still don't know, we have to wait for her to be released. But unlike Jinhsi she doesn't need another character to easily complete her kit. Jinhsi needs coordinated attacks to fill her forte fast, since there's a big difference with Jinhsi dmg with full stacks and half stacks. Unlike Changli, so better use some buffer on changli instead. She can still be a Sub Dps and a buffer too, anyway you want.
@@cruLife-morningSTAR i personally just feel like its better to run a second dps like encore that does good damage and benefits from changlis outro than using taoqi exclusively for her outro. we cant know for sure what will actually perform better, maybe the skill damage deepen will be worthwhile enough to accept the downsides. i am also biased since i have jiyan who already has the team structure of healer, outro support, dps. using 2 dps in the same team seems more fun and different for now. i do agree on how great changlis flexibility will be. jinhsi will get worse the second another dps is released, especially if its spectro, since her entire thing is just doing the most damage right now and she needs extremely specific supports to function. changli gets more useful as a sub dps if they release another fusion dps and she gets stronger as a main dps if they release a fusion sub dps. no matter what turns out to be the best team on release, im just excited to get to play changli. she really is one if the best designed characters i have seen in gacha games and its only 1.1 .
The game itself classifies her as a main dps btw. Even tho she has an outro buff, there's really no reason to run her with another dps because she has no downtime. Why force in another fusion dps when she can just keep dpsing herself? Also when using outro buffs, you want to remain on the buffed character for the whole duration... so when does Changli get field time? Based on her massive... popularity, most people probably want to main her, not use her as support for Encore/Chixia. I can only see hardcore Encore and Chixia mains getting Changli to play subdps. The majority are gonna want a hypercarry comp (Taoqi + Verina).
do we know for sure that her s1 does not stack at all? its worded in a very weird way. i do think its just 10% damage and nothing else, but since we know nothing about duration or max stacks it might not be impossible for s1 to actually be very powerful. using 2 skills, enhanced heavy, ult, enhanced heavy would mean 40% damage increase if it did stack which might actually make it pretty good. im mostly likely wrong but i will still hope for it to be good.
We need more cope pls. Her S1 and even signature weapon look so fuckin underwhelming compared to her protege Jinhsi. Please kuro do not abandon the vertical investment bros
@@capra2935 her signature has the highest damage buff in the game, you just need to stack it a bit. its harder to play around but its stronger. her s1 does seem a bit weak but the interruption resistance might make a giant difference. maybe i am coping, but i dont think she will be bad. most of her sequences look great to me.
@@davidphan4741 we dont know which team will be the best in the future, maybe she gets an amazing sub dps and quickswap wont be as good. maybe not. either way, im pretty sure you still want to get some true sight from basic attacks, even in quickswap, right? it would be really hard to get her passive stacks filled up with just skills and intro, since the skill cooldown is really long. im not saying its great, just that it does something. my main question stays with the damage dealt part of the sequence though.
Im thinking about an encore changli team, encore being the off fielder quickswap dps, and changli as the main dps, when encore's ult is up switch back to encore
When you do the True Sight: Charge DMG is the plunge part that 54.84%? or does the bird part do two instances of dmg? and so then the plunge is extra dmg?
The buff will get removed once you switch Mortefi out. But I believe he can be a great teammate with Changli, as you can play a quickswap style team with both of them.
@@12thHarbinger i believe that the Mortefis ult stays buffed if you use it and switch to next character. I tried it with my team Jiyan,Mortefi,Jianxin where Jianxin buffs Mortefi ult,he pops ult and switch to Jiyan. I tried it without Jianxin and with her and it did different dmg numbers.
fire set for sure, as chixia's outro does not buff dmg(changli's does). since this team will be more swap cancallable, moonlit set in these teams has lesser value, better to give both of them fire sets
“The only guide you need” yet I’m here wasted over 10 mins of my life for the obvious and still don’t know which is better? Double fusions or fusion atk?
...Are you talking about the echo set bonuses? 7:06. Double fusion bonus is her best unless you want to build her purely for support. There's not a single character in the game that wants element + singing tunes over the double element bonus.
@@kleitos6162this guy didn’t mentioned anything about double fusion being better but rather stated the obvious that everyone knows. Currently Jinhsi perform better with spectro/atk than double spectros which is why the debate rn is whether Changli will follow the same pattern. It’s good to give more than one options but at least he should mentioned which perform slightly higher than the other if this’s gonna a guide video
@@magoomania6278 yea I’m not gonna waste any resources on either both of them for now and wait for full results, that way I can min-max on the right main stat
