Her damage is a sub dps damage, she needs to be on field but a chixia does more damage than her, why would you pull for her when chixia can do everything better?

I think a decent team comp is going to be starting with Yinlin switching to Jinhsi for a huge DPS burst then switching to Changli for your main DPS then switch and repeat

Res skill dmg is good for changli but you still want to prioritize crit/atk% first for the most dmg it can be a good bonus if you have them already

fyi Changli doesn't just have insane burst she has insane kit Defense Ignore lol in other words defense shred lol

skill dmg% bonus does not actually provide that much value compared to atk% because all dmg bonus substats stack on top of elemental dmg, so with running 2 fusion 3 costs and molten rift set you have 100% dmg bonus already. Changli also has the highest base atk out of every character in the game right now so atk% is very good on her. but if you have good substats on the piece already getting skill dmg could be a nice bonus.

if you want tour changli to do the most dmg possible as a main dps I think taoqi would be the better choice because of her skill dmg deepen which is most of changlis dmg

R6 sanhua all the way..even though she only buff basic attack, at r6 her damage contribution far outweight taoqi skill dmg buff..plus have u play taoqi? She is so clunky and bad yo play in a team

@@magoomania6278 She's just slower, not clunky and her full rotation can be very quick and provides excellent burst damage, especially with a Liberation damage buff. Def is incredibly easy to stack and to push to crazy high numbers one her, so the shield and ult damage she outputs can get really high. You want 160/170 ER on her (higher is better) plus the Discord broadsword to get concerto energy quickly, which is where she struggles. Run the moonlit clouds set instead of the healer one so you can have the Heron echo. Her rotation takes only a few seconds and can be repeated every 15/20 seconds: intro -> timed counter 1 + 2 + 3 (full shield) -> fortified defense (do it before ult as it buffs her defense therefore the damage of the ult as well) -> ult -> heron -> outro swap into Changli and enjoy the 38% skill dmg deepen + 22.5% atk and 12% dmg boosts + the damage reduction from the shields. You can either run Verina in the 3rd slot so you can get even more buffs on Changli . You only need to do the verina rotations every 30 seconds, so you can get pretty much 100% uptime of Verina and Taoqui buffs during her burst damage windows, which i'm pretty sure will outweigh whatever cleave damage Sanhua can do, given Changli's recently buffed multipliers. If you don't want Verina you can run Chixia so you can make full use of Changli's outro (and Chixia can do her full combo very fast as well).

If they're gonna follow the same pattern they did in their other game PGR, it'll honestly only get more complex from here on out. We'll need to read a 2 page essay to understand what a character's forte circuit does after a year or less from now.

@@vneseboi4609 Decent damage? Calcs show that in her team comps with chixia and encore she is dealing MORE damage than them despite her BUFFING them. She is not a sub dps just for having a buff on Outro as a bonus when her entire kit is based on dealing massive damage. Where did you get “decent” damage from? Curious. I don’t know if people read her outro skill and then immediately close the tab, failing to read the other 99% of her kit or something but yeah. She’s either main carry dps or dual dps, Sub does isn’t the term for her.

You can if you really wanted to but they dont really have much synergy. it's really up to you👍

Considering Chixia is free and is a 4 star it's pretty balanced. Also, wouldn't yinlin be better with Jinshi? She does huge off field damage requires less on field time than Changli, i'm pretty sure.

@@justsam100 yeah it's true.. But I was only talking about changli teams.. even tho jinhsi team has highest dps for a normal player who would use them in two half. Jinhsi and changli would be used separately.. imma just use them together in the open world

Brotherman her forte circuit is where most of her damage is and should he her first priority. it's just counted as skill dmg but the level of her resonance skill has no effect on the forte circuits dmg. Then second and third priority are liberation and skill, they should be pretty interchangeable though. you're probably gonna max all 3 out anyways.

@@jjang722 thats not true, her forte is counted as resonance skill and her skill have higher multiplier. and she has to get 4 stacks of the forte for forte to do dmg, while every rotation she does skill dmg, so maxing forte first makes no sense

@@jjang722 also her true sight which she gets every rotation, scales off of skill dmg, and using your forte happens every 4 rotation which is less freequent compared to how often your skill dmg takes place, besides her weapon gives 56% skill dmg bonus, so most of her dmg does infact come from her skill so her number 1 priority should be her skill, not forte
