I liked this. You entering the Foreign Legion is definitely one of the wildest "why I've been gone" stories I've heard from a RU-vidr. This style of video is fun, too. I love seeing people hobby.
I've just got a good size American bolt action/konflikt 47 army and used your videos to help guide me in what to do with them. Do you think you could do some konflikt 47 videos? Maybe just some tips for each faction? We also appreciate what you go through for making us the Legion videos. (Hopefully this will motivate you a little more!) Overall though, we're glad your back and that life is going good for you!
I feel legion is making lots of new partially fleshed out factions, while leaving the factions that came before needing some noteworthy units. However what has been added is cool and fun e.g. dark troopers, battleforces, and soon to be geonosians. There’s also been lots of local game store tournament boxes/game modes being put out. Would really like to see you just give some thoughts on the shadow collective, some Ewok units and especially the mandolorian (who I think is a bit too op).
It was nice to see an upload! I personally would be interested in the painting videos. The War on Grey is a more fun name, but Quick Paints may be easier to find while searching. Cheers and good luck on your training and French Legion entry!
Hey, it's great to see you back! Can you make a video about playing effective (not necessarily competitive) Afrika Korps? I started Afrika Korps to try to play a more chivalrous game of Bolt Action but I find myself getting destroyed time after time by Mid War Brits (the free arty observer is usually the tipping point) and I'm not having a great time in the desert (although I love the way the armies look on the table).
I finally am getting into legion after years of deciding what I wanna do with it. It also helped motivate me since folks at my game store seem to get more into it over 40k. I really wish you covered more legion, but it's fine if you don't or can't. Besides thanks to your channel I've also got me some bolt action and Konflikt 47 minis tho not many people play bolt action where I live sadly.
With legion, they just gave il on prequel factions, my local meta is Blizzard Force Vader or attempts to counter it. Atomic Mass has really been focusing on their own game and releasing Shatterpoint models that legion fans have been asking for at a breakneck pace, while it took like 5 months for anything new in legion
I just got into legion and and would love to see more legion stuff. I think that now the prequels are quiet fleshed out with most units from the movies in the game. At least for the droids. even if it wasn't meta stuff I would love to see fluffy list builds or anything. Also good to see you're back!
I would say the droids are really underwhelming in terms of unit variety. Super tactical droid variants count as 1, and mercs dont count either in my book. They got Grevious, Dooku, Supertactical, T series. Thats a abbysmal selection. Where is admiral Trench? Where are the umbarans? Where is the Hellfire droid or even Vulture droid? Enough options to add. They did announce Geonosians, but I got a feel they wont do a proper job on them like with Ewoks. Since all the clone wars lovers in AMG work on Shatterpoint and not on Legion anymore

I’m currently involved in konflikt 47 and used your unit reviews for BA units to help me get an idea of what to collect along the way, there is zero representation of k47 on RU-vid lol and maybe you could give it a look!? you also convinced me to start my second army the Finnish 💪, but glad to hear the channel is here to stay and goodluck when you go back! Also like the idea of painting help and maybe you could show off some of your armys and war on grey sounds cool.
