Congratulations Joe on your weight loss so far. I'm trying to lose weight too. I am 53 years old and my last weigh in at my doctor a couple of months ago was 280 something pounds! And as you mentioned about your walking problem in the city I'm also having walking problems as well. I commend you for being able to stay on your diet and exercise for as long as you have.
Yeah - Being 310 was not easy - The walking was a issue and I just never felt right!! Start slow that exactly what I did!!! Good Luck to you my friend!!

Great job so far joe. I watched your vids for a long time probably close to 10 years back when you were skinny lol. Dont do the fast food reviews if u dont want to but taking 1 bite of bad food once a week or so wont hurt. Sustainable weight loss is all about balance.
I know you probably won't respond to my comment, Mr. Joe but I am proud of you, we are not getting younger and remember this is a lifestyle not a fad. And carbs aren't bad, carbs if used appropriately can be very beneficial for energy. I myself decided to drop the wegovy & go natural. Wegovy was making me sick and inhibiting my workouts. Nonetheless good luck in your journey sir😊
