You exist within the potential of a fourth density new earth. When entering 4th density you begin to communicate with your Higher Self. We are told in the law of one that your Higher Self is you millions of years in the future. As an outgrowth in exploring the multiverse I have found that forming a relationship with my higher self is the key to traversing parallel realities. I listen to your podcasts almost every day, and I usually don't comment on them, but I have to for this one. The way you described your experience with your higher self and the answers you received was so relatable; it reminded me of my own experiences. To this day, I can't express that answer in words, but the understanding of it still remains with me. All I can remember about that day is just thinking, "Oh my God - that's it!" I hadn't heard anyone else describe it in the same way. I just wanted to thank you for your podcast. It's been a source of healing and inspiration. I just got back from a week in Mount Shasta, something I'd been wanting to do for the past 20 years but kept putting off. But listening to you share about your trip finally prompted me to go, and for that I thank you!

This is a really interesting aspect of channelling. My understanding is that it comes from 9D. Remember, time and space collapse beyond 5D so the higher self has all the soul history, future and past. Its hard work meditating at this level, sometimes I crack it, mostly I don't.

Brian, A few years back I met my Higher Self. I asked her to show me her self and be sure I’ll know it’s her. Funny thing, she was walking towards me and across her face was electricity. It was like looking in the mirror. She was always smiling and spoke to me in thoughts. Saw her one more time after but haven’t since. I see crows sometimes. They seem to scream from the trees in front of my home and I feel like they are telling me not to go. I went back into the house.

This channeling was better than the Qu’o material that is on this playlist. I’ve been having out of body experiences for about 12 years now. My first encounter with the higher self was during an OBE in which I stated the command once out of body “higher self now!” This catapulted my consciousness through a portal in the ceiling far into some realm that seemed to exist in the sky. I just remember clouds and light. Before me was an immense wall of light. A multicolored matrix of light wave patterns. At the time I was suffering immensely and could sense this god-like external intelligence. It said what I perceived as “everything will be ok” and my astral body exploded into fractals upon fractals of cosmic bliss. It was thousands of orgasms in every particle of my being. I’ll share more in another comment about the various guides and non-human intelligences I began to encounter in the out of body state after a few years of meditation and spiritual exploration. Your channeling lines up exactly with what I’ve discovered. There is formless higher self that is more like a cosmic consciousness than anything else. But there is this aspect of higher self which is form based and manifests at least to me as some kind of spaceship/computer mainframe. In this mainframe your other selves/incarnations past, parallel, and future exist simultaneously and are accessible. For me they appear as screens and when your attention is placed on a given screen you appear in that life, body and personality. It seems that this mainframe is managed by both highly advanced human and non-human intelligences. Ascended master type beings but also alien appearing ones. It appears that these masters of reality guide me but also all the other mes’ that exist in a multitude of learning systems such as Earth. The other and higher yous guide us into direct experience of our multidimensional nature. I’m amazed that you describe this inner reality as “like artificial intelligence and like a simulation.” That is exactly how I would describe it. I’d say it’s an information field. It’s probably simply the pineal gland and from this access point other reality systems can be discovered and explored.

I did a quantum healing type session mediation connected to higher self. In the meditation, I saw light blue light coming out of my chest and onto a book as i wrote it✨️Afterwards i decided to get a notepad and start journalling but what ended up happening is i started automatic writing. I asked about all sorts or things from tarot cards, to war, to which option is for my highest good, even about others in a work situation who are quite " toxic" to me, from everyday stuff to spiritual. The answers i got were very loving but not always what i would have expected based on how i perceived the situation and i would end up with a change in perspective that helped me navigate, grow and challenge my understanding. I am still often surprised by the answers i get and it helps me so much. I have found my other intuituve senses have increased also. Just going with it and enjoying the learning process. I wish there were more people to talk to about this stuff so i am so grateful for your channel.

My experience having conversations with my higher self or Inner guidance is very similar: I ask a question, and immediately, there is an answer that my rational brain could not possibly have had time to come up with. It often occurs first thing in the morning and I try to journal it down. As you stated, it can be quickly forgotten otherwise. I thought I was crazy when I first began connecting this way, but I now understand it🙏✨️❤️😎

My higher self is in constant conversation with me. It gets my attention sometimes with an involuntary tooth chatter. It communicates in a deeper way than language. Sometimes I’ll get the tooth chatter when I’m feeling something and it’s my higher self saying it approves and it’s joining with me in celebration of it. My higher self is also Metatronic energy. I am one with Metatron and it is the channel I stay on most. When called upon, it is easy for me to channel metatron’s advice and guidance for myself and others. I also get a lot of downloads in the shower and quite often carry on back and forth conversations. Sometimes the energy comes in from other source points - like the collective, or mother earth, or even an Egyptian deity.

Questions: How to handle the “insanity” feeling when coming to terms with learning that we are living in simulated world and not being able to tell anyone else in my life? How not feel like I am insane? For sure, can’t share with anyone, as they will think I am crazy…sometimes the realization is very overwhelming - fighting off insanity of the implications of virtual world and the commonly conceived world. How not to feel so alone?

Had to stop by and drop a comment! Literally had a similar revelation that was incepted into my brain yesterday by what I now know is my highest self following this episode. I was given the answer to what we are. My highest self told me “we are the computer”. Our body is the monitor, keyboard, and all other external parts. Our mind the program and the data in-scripted on it. Our soul is the electricity (pure energy and it is why we are eternal, because our computer can break but the electric current running through it can never cease). And our connection to Source and others IS in fact the wifi network( and there are many networks and not everyone has the password). It then told me that the planets were alive (just like you stated) and that our truths form is formless and our soul and thoughts give our soul form in the 3D realm. It told me WE are pure energy and that’s all we can ever be is light- a force as strong as the Sun that can create worlds once awakened. Then I wrote this: We are energy: Energy consist of: Polarity- good or bad Intensity- high or low Gender- masculine or feminine Source- one origin Quality- key individual characteristics (bubbly, reserved,!skedish) And that’s all the messages I received. I was deeply relaxed and and submerged in water which I think helps to transmit the data more easily. But just sharing! Feel free to chime in!

This was incredibly thought provoking and will need to listen again. The journey is not new for me either and have been in service to others for over thirty years. I loved hearing about the planets and the unfolding of Gaia, apparently in a more eclectic way than I imagined. Jupiter is my ruling planet and have been experiencing the Sun in a very interesting way since 2019. I also was brought a pre-named dog last year; Jupiter. 💜🐾Your description of talking to your Higher Self and not being able to write it down or remember is similar to mine, which often makes me wonder 'who' just gave me the download and if it is not of the Light. Brian, I listen to this last night, but fell asleep, so I got up this morning and listen to it again, and this totally blew my mind ! I was wowed the whole time, listening to this because when I was 17 years old, I had an outer body experience and I remember traveling to the light and when I got there there were three or four people sitting at a table of some sort and they were all pointing the finger at me and yelling to go back. It’s not your time go back it is not your time! I woke up a month later out of my coma… I had spinal meningitis. That’s why this kind of blew my mind what you said about Saturn and the entities at the ring. I would love to know more about that. ❤❤❤

I too find there are times I can't hold information given to me by my higher aspects or the Universe. My theory leans to frequency. Meaning I'm not at a high enough frequency to hold some information for long. It used to frustrate me when it slipped away. Now I trust more when it's time I'll grasp it fully. (Although there is still a little bit of a pouty kid in me at times 😂)

Thank you for that. Saw it like described in Ready Player One as a Rubics cube and each cube had sectors and systens within the cube all the way down to the individual avatar. The Creator was a Programmer who was fixated on the 80's and made a quest for the new owner when he passed. It has a Dungeon and Dragons theme. And our view of spiritual is similar to our imagination towards Team Role Playing games. We are living and viewing our different lifetimes in different ways using our imagination to express ourselves freely without the limits of todays views and such. Every author, writer, artist, designer, chef, even influencers are in a way Avatars living many liftimes in the skin and shape of our own choosing. While we take the slow path in a body. Expression and understanding of ourselves is how we preceive the world around us. When you view "Fiction, Myth, Lore, and Written and created works across all genre as A Truth. We understand our past, present and future" please read a book series called The Reader Trilogy by Tracie Chee. It helps you shift your views

I always love listening to you, Brian, especially about your HS. Ever since I had my experience a couple of years ago, my HS's presence feels stronger at times. I have weird perceptions too, as if I am aware that I am not just this incarnation ... and I laugh because after my full immersion into this journey, it all could be self-induced delusion. I love hearing you wonder the same thing. I don't really think that's what's going on though, lol. These experiences and awarenesses are too keen. At any rate, it's interesting that you mentioned something to the effect that the purpose might be at this point simply for the HS to master teaching through this experience more than what we are "supposed" to do. I feel a fragility about this life. I chalk it up to mostly getting older. But I wonder if you could ask your HS how we best navigate this life of feeling in between the 3rd and 4th D. I don't watch the news hardly ever now, and that has certainly helped. Thank you so much! 🌈🌈

Well done my friend!!! I found my journal from journalism class from high school and found I had channeled while writing. Not being conscious of this. Fast forward 18 years , reading it I hear about a golden room I would go to and visit with a man? I asked “ who was I visiting with and I heard “ My Abraham” it didn’t resonate until I met Ester “Abraham”Hicks. It was when Abraham was answering the question on a podcast I was listening “ who am I meeting when I meditate? ?”, answer “ My Abraham”. I heard correctly !!!! here I had a great validation. It bothers me a little bit that the choice your higher self pointed out in moving forward is between love of self OR love of other selves. Why can’t it be both? Why does there need to be a polarizing view of love of either loving self or others? It doesn’t resonate with me at all, love shouldn’t separate and the way i see it, loving self is ultimately loving others too and vice versa, full circle 🙂. To me it is the union of those and that is my choice of going forward. I choose the union of loving self and loving others ♥️☯️ Wonderful episode though 👍 Thank you 🙏 I have been calling back my power and for more integration with my higher self for the past few days

May I add that when I ask these questions of myself, the answer always come to be to live in my heart and ask ‘How would love respond?’ It is my belief that as enough of us live in our hearts and respond with love that humanity will get a massive upgrade. A question that I will definitely ask, and maybe someone else have already asked this of their Higher Selves, is: "what is the point of this life and perceived reality if the Higher Self has already lived this, done this, gone through this?" I obviously signed up for this life, hence me being here, but I'm tired of the struggles. Is it that we agreed to live out different aspects of our Higher Selves and wanted the opportunity to do better? I will definitely be asking these questions.

Oh this was yummy while it lasted 😂❤.I feel it slipping through. I did thank some notes very random all connected 😂. Star thought's,batteries which I changed to energy givers, components, binary star systems, cymatics needs spell check but sounds vibration, connection's and nice day for a bike ride 😂. On clean tube it was 666 likes 86 comments, here it's 688 likes and now im annoyed at myself because I didn't check the comments numbers 😂. Thank you Brian this was outta this realm 😊

I still don't know how to do any of that. Anxiety is the culprit, i don't really know how to get rid of or control my anxiety. I know and understand so much about the awakening, but I can't do much to improve my life and experiences. Being an empath makes me very vulnerable of abuse from others. I would like to talk to my higher self for guidance and advice. ❤🎉😮😊

Anxiety is related to the future which means you are not living in the Present. We only have Power in the Present. The past can bring depression. Both past and future don't exist, all there is the Present moment. If you are waisting your energy in things that don't exist you don't have enough for living the Present. It's pretty simple but not so simplistic when it comes to practice but the more you practice being in the Present moment, the easier it gets until it becomes a habbit and a part of who you are. This is my current process and thank you for your question that gave me this response that it's actually for me. If you are aware, the hard part it's already done. There's nothing to fear but our minds as masters.

I can really appreciate this episode as well, another great one. I asked in meditation who is my partner, and the answer I got was that he is my soul counterpart... Which is literally half of his soul. I was mind blown. It all makes sense, the way we met, what we both been through, everything. Thanks for this 😊
