Jason could you make a meditation for kids and teens between 9-14 or something for stress or sleep because I’m 10 and sometimes I don’t understand some big words you use if you do thank you so much 🙏

I hope you found something to suit your needs. When I began when I was a teen I had to try several different ways to calm n relax myself. Try basic things like work on your breathing slow it with breathes in your nose and out ur mouth then put ur attention to one body part at a time n imagine it letting loose of any tightness. Take ur time don't rush and usually while relaxing ur body u will end up falling asleep. You u master that then try to move on to deeper techniques.

Last night while listening too... binaural beats with headphones I first had a reunion with my Dad in a dream... then I woke up crying smoked a cigarette... and layed back down ... then suddenly I felt this presence come over me that took my breathe away... almost felt like pressure in my chest and arms like a hug... and then... through my headphones...through the sounds... i heard dads voice start talking to me... It was so weird... It was an extremely emotional experience... I wasnt paralized... It scared me but I knew it was my Dad from the start... He was my very best friend and died in my arms two years ago... He always said he would make contact with me... If it was possible... It was a life changing experience... I dont know for sure if it was some kind of sleep paralysis or real... either way... It gave me alot of peace and It was so good to hear his voice!

I been listening and practicing self hypnosis. After serving my country and deployed to combat. After getting shoot , I lost my leg below the knee. My spine and vertebrae got damaged and I live in the worst pain you can imagine. After moving to another state. Medical treatment change so I been coping with so much pain. I practice self hypnosis. I do have say I struggle. I could sure use prayers. Because desperation won't begin to describe how I feel. I hope I'm not asking for too much. Thank You! Blessing to you all

That was amazing! I met a man, a bear and what I can only describe as Mother Earth. It was my first time connecting and they just kept repeating that I was loved and they were always there with me, inside me, in my heart. But that i needed to learn how to open up more.

I had the most insane dream to this!! It wasn’t what I expected at all, I remember being in the middle of a dessert like grass plane and my spirit guides approached me as a pack of 3 different big cats! One was a large Black Panther perched on a totem, the other was a Cheetah trailing behind me and the last was an elegant Lioness. It was so vivid!

I heard an eagle when we first started, that was my first Spirit guide and the second was actually God, but not the type of churchy Christian God. The third was an angel with humongous beautiful wings and I also saw an older man old enough to be my dad but his face was bright light so I didn’t know who it was but I couldn’t finish the meditation because I had to go to sleep soon. I’m going to save this and come back to it. 😍

My first time trying to connect with my spirit guides. Thank you it was an amazing experience ! ❤. I suffer from chronic pain and I'm in pain most of the time, but felt no pain during this meditation. My body felt so light like I was floating. The opening of my 3rd eye was so vivid. And I met my 3 guides. Wow that feeling was like eternal peace. I remember how they looked, what they were wearing, hair, and their names. 2 names I've never heard before Nilus, and Ashraf. The 3rd was Ralph. 2men and 1 women. A weird thing was that the womans face kept changing like I would see 2 faces each with diferent hair, but same clothing... All I did was thank them so much for taking care of me 🥰

I think I jumped into the deep end. I have no meditation experience. I am so interested in meeting my spirit guides and keep being drawn to Jason’s videos night after night, starting the last week or two. I’m very spiritual but overly logical and struggle to turn it off. I tried this meditation twice and the forest was cosmic. Glowing and not of this world at all. But I I felt like a visitor being watched and not open to receiving messages. I’m lost with the third eye and gold light from my mind to my body. Any suggestions for videos to help???

I feel the same way. My logical self isn’t exactly the problem but every time I get into a meditative state I start feeling scared and hot. I feel paranoid and can’t see or have trouble visualizing the scenarios narrated. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. I feel my heart pulsing and I just feel scared. I tell my spirit guides how I can stop being scared and let them know I want to let them in but I sense no response. I feel like I’m talking to myself. Someone please help..

Olinda Torres if it’s overwhelming try less profound meditation They have some amazing guided meditation for beginners that will help teach you how to get into the right state of mind and really connect with your chakras and yourself. They can help ease you into this. There’s no one way to go on your spiritual journey everyone’s journey is their own. Also doing light work and shadow work is a great help along with doing affirmations daily. Anyways don’t bash yourself for having issues disconnecting or not doing a meditation perfectly you are a human and you have a conscience you can try to calm and recenter yourself and try again. I also tend to have my thoughts creep in so learning to control that and disconnect from my intrusive thoughts has been its own journey lol also I believe your spirit guides won’t reveal themselves to you until you’re actually ready to receive them or they may present in different ways to keep from scaring you ♥️ good luck on your journey!

I was guided to this video by my higher self. I had no expectations at all when I started to listen to it. I just wanted something relaxing to fall asleep to. I followed every step and suddenly my body became numb in a very satisfying way. I normally suffer from a lot of pain but I coudn't feel anything but pure bliss. It felt like I was floating without a body. Like I was born from a lotus flower and released into space as pure energy. The first guide I saw was Merlin, the second one was lord Ganesh but I couldn't figure out who the last one was. It was more like a feeling. And they embraced me with so much love. I didn't want them to leave. I wanted to stay in that moment forever. Thank you so much for this video ♡

I listened to this meditation to guide me into sleep and I was actively following the meditation till about 14:25 and I don't remember hearing anything after that. The crazy thing is that when i woke up it was for a split second and i heard Jason saying "this second spirit guide" and i involuntarily took a deep breath and i felt this intense surge of energy fill into my body and it's something i have never ever felt in my life. It was so lively but right after that i fell back to sleep. In the morning i listened to the meditation so i could find out where i fell asleep and as he was talking about the second spirit guide i realized he was describing feeling types of energies and i believe that's what i felt for the second spirit guide.

I fell asleep with this sound and my dream felt like it was getting dark and the people in it were starting to get very angry because things weren't coming out their way and I was realizing it. My dream had my dad, 2 brothers, and a friend I haven't seen in a couple years. I woke up, its currently 3am, not a good time. Definitely agree, be careful

I also listened to this and as I drifted off I noticed I was floating in mid air and the feeling I got from it scared me so bad I felt like it was wrong this something was trying to take my soul, I fought hard to wake up and get the sound out my ears something was trying to stop me from doing that, it was weird and I woke up trying to figure out what was happening to me, Out of all the meditations I've been doing this one was crazy to me, got me kinda skeptical to try another now.

I have tried so many times to meet my spirit guides but my palms get sweaty and my ego manages to push through and I become fearful and don’t carry on. When I tried this for the first time I lasted a few minutes but I felt intense ringing like never before in and around my head and someone started blowing gently into my ear, it felt calming but I stopped. I have managed it the whole way through this time and a quick image of a lion appeared, I knew instantly what the message was and I understood the message my guides wanted me to see. I understand that my guides will gradually show themselves to me when I am ready for it and the more I practice meditating to meet my guides the closer I will come to seeing them, speaking to them and building a relationship with them. My guides are a projection of the inner me and my Higher self and I am no longer scared. Thank you Jason, I am going to try this every night ❤️

I was woken up when my daughter entered my room at around 21 minutes in this meditation. She became startled and woke me up by saying she had just seen 2 white light orbs floating across my room as she entered. We tried to recreate it but could not. Neither of us have ever experienced any thing like that before. I played back the last few seconds of the meditation after I was awake and realized that her seeing the 2 orbs directly corresponded with the introduction of the 2nd spirit guide on the recording.

This meditation was AMAZING... I cried.. very liberating and I feel so calm. I met my guides, the first one Ana , she wore a white dress and I search up her name it means grace... my second one was Gabriel , a man , wearing a forest green gown his name means devoted to god, and last but certainly not lest my third guide was angela a woman wearing all gold , her name means messenger of god... I am truly amazed and grateful for this experience. Everything that has happened in my experience makes sense and has meaning. Thank you for this meditation ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Ive listen to this endlessly and its my fav to listen before bed . Ive never met my spirits guide tho . But one night while i was sleeping and playing this at the same time i felt a energy rush from feets to head and ive felt like i could go anywhere i wanted in that moment but i wasnt ready . I cannot believe the effects I had with this video ❤ I was able to meet all three of my guides and I went straight to sleep after. 🙏🏼💞 I was fully in tune and my anxiety I was feeling completely melted 🥰 I keep trying to explain what I felt but it’s too much you just have to really focus and you will see everything he says I promise 💞 I even tried to rush and do it again after and it was NOT the same!! Amazing experience. As soon as I exited through the crown, the images came so quickly and clearly that I couldn’t questions them. Two of the guides that came did not surprise me but the third one did. It felt euphoric and powerful. I then fell into a deep sleep but I woke up not remembering my dreams. 🙏 Thank you - this was very skillfully led and I received a gift.

This was my second experience with this process and I am in total AWE. my first two spirit guides were very predictable, my first was my grandfather, whom was described by my psychic medium I speak to, my soul mate. I could make out his exact figure from halfway across the path and started running to him. When I was embraced by him I felt a HUGE wave of warmth course through my body and a huge void in my heart become filled. My second guide was also predictable & it was my sorority sister who passed away a few years ago. When she embraced me I felt a big sense of calming wash over me and it soothed me. My 3rd spirit guide was someone i did not know, it was a beautiful tall and elegant woman by the name of atlas. She welcomed me with so much love & held out her hands with a some sort of orb of multi color lights for me to absorb. She stated that she has seen me struggle with self love and not having confidence in myself. She stated that this was to help me come to peace with my self love struggles and to really tap into my confidence. This was a great experience. THANK YOU.

I tried this for the first time and had a conflicting experience, cried in the beginning and felt a strong sensation of wanting to open my eyes for the first 10 mins. Cant lie, I did once. Opening myself up to undergo the whole medItation. Imagined 3 spirit guides like was said. While I won’t take the time for descriptives, throughout i had this feeling of it being forced and therefore all imaginative. Though i stuck with it fidgeting with ephemeral feelings of tranquility. Overall at the end, while being in a calmer state (and I can consider that a success), I feel that nothing really came of it as it just didn’t work. Though what was I expecting to work? I guess just a small, some clarity on the mystery of living while I wander aimlessly across the arbitrary.

You need to let go a bit more. Practice makes perfect. Your brain has to learn to let go so your subconscious can take over. Don't give up.

Jason. Stephenson I've tried other meditation leaders and although I fall asleep almost as soon as I start your video, yours are the ones I prefer. Maybe I'm too old and don't know how to meditate. I made it thru all this video though. I imagined the glowing spirits and named them but I didn't have the feeling of connection. It scared me at first.

I listened to this last night, 5 minutes in I feel something touching my hand. It was like a tingling feeling, I got scared because I was not prepared and I immediately sat up. I was shocked but I wasn’t scared anymore. I really think that it was one of my guides

Dreams where your s/o or spouse is seduced or falls in love with another does not mean they no long love you, it points more to yourself. It way suggest you’re not confident with yourself or your role in the relationship, or that you’re worried by something. Either way it may be good to discuss if you have concerns about it!

First 12 mins was intense for me, had to get up and splash water on my face. laid down and tried again..1st was a beautiful green eyed Goddess looked like a young Frigga (but kept flashing images of my baby boy) message was pure love/light. 2nd was a powerful warrior in armor looked like Odin or possibly Zeus felt like the message was duty, honor and gift was a sword of light which was pierced through my heart felt energy through all my being, gave me strength. 3rd guide at first looked like pure light, couldn't make it out, once approached, was me? (Higher self? God simplifying themself? Idk..) felt like the message was I have everything I need, felt encouraging

Strangely, I saw my husband’s first wife as she was slowly taking her passing into the afterlife. I actually felt the pull away from life and I knew I continued with this I would go with her. I supported her as far I could and gently let go. It was both a bit frightening and beautiful at the same time. She walk wondering whether to go or stay and around her was a beautiful white energy filled with colours that gently pulsated. Every step she took forward, I feel a brief sense of being drawn along, like falling slightly. We had a phone call soon after to say she’d quietly passed from this world.

Is it possible that a person you lost in your life becomes one of your spirit guides? The first guide I met wasn’t very clear. I had trouble making out his features. The only thing I know is that he was male and very beautiful. The second spirit was was my beloved animal spirit guide Malek and I was so happy to see him. But when the third came into view it felt like my heart stopped in my chest. I saw the love of my life who I lost almost five years ago. We never dated but had a very deep connection with each other. And I loved him like I had loved no man before nor since. He opened his arms but instead of just touching his outstretched hands we fell into a tight embrace. He pressed me against his chest and I felt a sudden Rush stunning my body in the physical realm and tears started to run down my temples and cheeks as one of the most powerful rushes of love and happiness flowed through my physical and energetic body. It was so very similar to when I first met Malek which makes me believe that it wasn‘t „just in my head“. It was beautiful, confusing, amazing and scary all at the same time. He told me that he loved me, something he was never able to tell me while he was still alive. I really don‘t know what to make of it...

Thank you. I didn't see anyone like I can once in a while, likening a healing, massage, or the Living In The Heart Meditation. Took me to some golden caves. But, I felt the energies of Mother Earth, The forest realm, the healing and Calming. I am in day 5 of fighting off a terrible cold and stayed up all night playing on the phone and am suffering for it today. Was feeling very weak. Now I feel better. Trying to stay awake so I'll be able to sleep tonight.

Wow. Used this afternoon and fell asleep and then awakening hearing a male voice speaking to me. Different voice than Jasons, with the same music in the background. Was like teaching me things, telling me things....most of what I cant remember. Question...how does one know if its your guides or just power of suggestion? It sure was....different... I've just started doing meditation, though I'm still not very good at it, one night I fell asleep while listening to this and just before I was meeting my third guardian spirit I think I started to wake up, it was weird because I literally felt like I was being pulled through this portal and as I was waking up I swear I could see the forest being described. I'm definitely gonna keep at it.😣

Love this meditation but I’m a bit confused. My first guide was just swirling/all encompassing white energy. Second guide was even more vague, just a presence but not specific. And third I saw her face, and I was filled with joy. My interpretation is I’m not quite ready to meet other 2?

I listened to this but last I remember was the roots and then floating but in a dreamy kinda half asleep state then nothing. As I was waking later , 2 people popped into my mind. 1 a man with his arms around a young boy. They smiled and faded away as wake over came me . Would these be my spirit guides ? Can't wait to try this again to see.
