On other occasions they've all admitted, including Brandon that Fred tried to get the paperwork from Brandon to invest but he didn't provide it for over a year. He wanted them to invest after he spent more money on his brand and not just the Podcast.

@albertdaley9093 that's not true. He wouldn't show them the paper work for over a year. He had made investments in his brand and then showed them the numbers. Everyone involved admitted to this. You can't include your outside ventures that only you benefit from. There were other issues with his expectations but he didn't show the paperwork for over a year.

Yes he funded it initially but that was his choice and originally the agreement was they would split it after season one. I can tell you what happened.. he saw the traction and money coming in.. he no longer invested.. he used the money from media to fund everything. And when they asked about the books he no longer wanted the original deal. It didn’t take millions to film because they already owned the equipment from beginning.. what he did was incorporate his other businesses under umbrella and tried to make them invest into that which wasn’t the agreement. It was supposed to be podcast only.. he originally said they were partners but once he saw the money .. he then said fck that deal and said he the boss now lol .. yes he originally put up money but that was his choice.. but their on air talent was investment too .. remember no one got paid first season.. the show made waves because of talent and the initial investment. But part of being partners is being honest and straightforward.. im in media space and know those numbers are either for gyms he owns or made up because production is nowhere near that including food and travel

@@deondagoat no after they initially spoke on it Fred did a interview by himself speaking on it, they went on Bussin wit the boys podcast and spoke on it, dog I heard them on more than one podcast speaking on the situation before Brandon ever spoke a word about it

Brandon merged his gym which was already under 10mil with the podcast and wanted the proceedes of the podcast to makeup the loss of the gym and they didn't agree with it. They also didn't agree with the Nascar series so they left

I’m confused was the investment in the podcast or IAA the brand? Podcasts investment shouldn’t be at 1 million dollars anybody can start up a podcast I was thinking the investment was for the whole IAA brand like the training facilities etc. I think that was the disconnect between all parties and with no paperwork that’s what made things messy.

@ericw7519 they initially started with just the podcast but brandon wanted to grow and promote his business and eventually combined the gym which was under 10mil with the podcast and fred wanted equity instead of per episode so when he didn't like where it was going and wanted his part out, Brandon and him didn't agree on a number
