I remember years ago, about 2005 I think someone was selling a VHS tape of Slydini LECTURING! Thats right Tony Slydini Lecturing, the VHS tape was something like $400 so at the time I couldn't afford it but there are some lost tapes of legendary Magicians. This is one of them. Thanks for posting it will get a lot of attention!
The best of best in the world magical ! this video is Amazing and beautiful , never anybody like Channing Pollock Master magician forever ! THANKS MASTER FOR EVERYTHING
Ever heard of the Magician's Oath? You're ruining the fun and enjoyment of magic by revealing secrets, which magicians are sworn not to do from the beginning.
Great video, but I don't get it. How do you do a backpalm routine fully surrounded? The audience behind didn't seem to paying much attention and nobody acted like "whoa, look at the cards b**** h** h***" Could anyone explain this to me...?
The people in the background (who can see things they shouldn't see) aren't the audience, the people watching on TV are. Since the point was to show British viewers how much fun they weren't having because they weren't rich/young/hip enough to go to the Palladium every night, it was necessary to have people who were those things in the background... sort of proxy viewers. But look at bowtie guy in the front row: clearly bored and either unhappy or unimpressed with his peek behind the curtain. But he was in the front row for Pollock's 3rd appearance as well, though he looked bored then too. (I think this is Pollock's 2nd appearance; his first was the very first episode.)

It's sad when people think that because they explained the trick, they explained the magic. Be there, watch this being done just one, not with juggling or mirrors, but with class. Honestly, Lance Burton does nothing new. He had a successful 30 years career because everyone is stupid, right? Or maybe, just maybe, just some of the people are beauty blind. They watch Teller's shadow routine and say "Yeah, the rose is dead. So what?". It's a horrible disease and there is no cure for that.
yea i know, weird, the card production he does is very angle sensitive, i dont get why he's performing on a stage with the crowd sitting behind him, that just completely gives it away
Magic is for entertainment and enjoyment I don't know who you think you are maybe you're a disgruntled magician but there's no need to be revealing tricks I see so many of these kids from with a lame British accent who just came back from a magic shop and then they report to show a tutorial bunch of butt wipes now those are the ones but I would condemn for showing secrets
