I really prefer videos like this, where there are no additional backing tracks like drums and what not. The Gayageum doesn't need those.

I am an old fart and the Ventures were one of my favorites when I was a teen..you did them proud.

Incredible! I loved the Ventures when I was a teenager in the '60's, and this would be one of my favorite songs - this one and "Telstar". I used to play an old Fender Precision bass in a band - we played this song - it was a difficult piece, especially getting the timing right. Luna Lee sounds like the WHOLE BAND playing. And although I'd heard some Asian music played on a gayageum before, watching this young lady's videos are the first time I've SEEN anyone play one - and SHE is obviously a mind-blowing virtuoso on the instrument!! MORE PLEASE!!

I worked the 'graveyard' in San Jose, CA in the early 60's, and can still remember getting off work at 7 AM, turning on the radio and hearing this incredible instrumental by the Chantay's. Still do enjoy it today and this is a stunning version....now 60 years old...and, I'm looking at 83. Still do ride a fast motorcycle, though. BHE
