Amazing soundtrack! There are a few where I am unsure of where they are found. Out of the Cavern and Into the Light Temple of Knowledge Smell of Rain Smell of Rain, I might know where it would be and just... never actually listened to it until now. The other two I have no idea. Can someone help a brother out? Oh, and additionally, I don't recall hearing the music for the stealth area in the devotee section. Might have just been too short? idk.
Hi! Out Of The Cavern is the first piece you hear in the game, right after the "tutorial" area. Temple Of Knowledge is heard in an area with lots of books ;) And the rest would be spoiling ;) The stealth music in the devotee section is a very short 30 second loop, so it didn't make its way into the soundtrack album. Anyway, glad you like the music!
@ThomasBrunetMusic excellent soundtrack for a great game! I had a quick question -- how did you achieve that deep, throaty sound in some of the tracks, such as in the background of garden of plenty? It reminds me of Mongolian throat singing!
Are you talking about the music that sounds like pan flute? That one sounds familiar and it reminds me a lot of another game, but I can't find which one. I was hoping to find some clues here.
The track you're referring to is not on the album sadly. Like most composers, I had to make extremely difficult choices when selecting the tracks that went into this album. The total runtime of the music ingame is 82 minutes, so half of it had to be cut. Sorry I am, bard brother!
