i just turned 62 and i am ''an Orphan'' as my teen son, back then... once wisely surmised. Even with many 'family,' ti's not me who they see or even know. i am taking my Meditation Diploma from Adi Shakti at Soul Works and we meditate, yet, this is homework i am doing on my own, here. Acclaimed translator of the beloved holy book, Baghava Gita that opened up in front of me, during a waking dream... in 2010 or so- has been also teaching me. i want learning to love myself as never before. Being left alone is a gift for i am able to have so much more chrono time to explore the infinite kairos. Namaste for this gem. .

WOW ! Until recently, I must have I been living in hell. Truth. No one I knew was sincere in anything said or done or thought. Pray for me I’m stuck at a point in my recovery where I relapse with food addiction behaviors. I’m trying to get my chakras realigned and practicing my tai chi but, I just can’t quite get that strength to push forward for the next 21 days to get past breaking the cycle of sugar addiction and processed foods! I have use this sound technique to transform myself in so many levels and areas🙏🧘‍♀️☯️ I really love this particular sound and the way it is done but, I do need your prayers out there in the meditative mind🧚‍♀️💖✨

I've been sitting in my den, listening to this channel, but in such severe pain in my neck and shoulders, so I put in my TENS machine, to help relax my muscles...that severe pain my back is gone, feeling a little light-headed, still have a headache but the 8/10 in pain is now a 4/10.
